Feeling ripped Off… I ordered a steak burrito with rice and guac, however, what I got was mostly a “RICE” Burrito with flavorless dried steak and almost non-existent guacamole! I even asked the cashier how old their steak was prior to ordering and I was “assured” it was fresh! Spent about $18 with a drink! I could have gotten a REAL MEAL elsewhere for that price! Save your money skip this place for sure! No I do not recommend…

I went there and waited 20 minutes and was ignored by the staff that helped a man that walked in after I did first. The staff were rude and when I asked about my order that was sitting and waiting to be bagged up the worker said that my food was still being made but 10 minutes bagged up that same burrito and handed it to me.

The facility is clean and the staff is amazing. I want to say a speacial thank you to the manager Jovan! I came in on 4/7/25 and I switch my order at the last minute. He took care of the order & ensured it was not too much trouble. Thank you fir being so patient with me & ensuring that I left happy & satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this Rubios!

I called in to order and The person answered the phone, said that they were too busy to take my order but she had enough time to slowly explain that they were too busy for my business. Very strange. Why even answer the phone?

Rubios is amazing! The grilled gourmet chicken tacos are outstanding. Street tacos, fish tacos, and more all great!

Above average food for an above average price. Rubios is a nice change of pace from the low tier eateries like Taco Bell or McDonalds but you'll pay for it.
They have an open salsa bar which, I almost wish they had the salsa is giant squeeze bottles or something but it's fine. The salsa is good.
Their soda is hit and miss but is usually calibrated so if you want a good coke they're usually spot on.
