I always get the burrito especiale they have rice beans and then you pick the protein you want and I always get steak. I'm not sure what else they have in them but they're really good and I love their salsa so I always drench it in salsa. It's super good. I eat one. They're at the restaurant and I take the other one with me. It also comes with chips and of course I get the salsa from the salsa bar and I get a small soda.

The facility is clean and the staff is amazing. I want to say a speacial thank you to the manager Jovan! I came in on 4/7/25 and I switch my order at the last minute. He took care of the order & ensured it was not too much trouble. Thank you fir being so patient with me & ensuring that I left happy & satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this Rubios!

Above average food for an above average price. Rubios is a nice change of pace from the low tier eateries like Taco Bell or McDonalds but you'll pay for it.

They have an open salsa bar which, I almost wish they had the salsa is giant squeeze bottles or something but it's fine. The salsa is good.

Their soda is hit and miss but is usually calibrated so if you want a good coke they're usually spot on.
