Horchata is a classic "Agua fresca". It is described as rice water. It's a blend of milk, rice, water, and freshly ground cinnamon, we make our horchata fresh, it's never a powder mix or syrup.

This place is always clean and has happy customers. I meet clients here all the time. The food is excellent. Rudy, his mother, and his father are great. They are always cordial and have recommendations if it's your first time. This is my "go-to" place for breakfast burritos in the East Valley. I highly recommend it whether you are dining in or taking it to go. The Chile Colorado is one of my favorites.

I always get the breakfast burritos. For my money, they are the best I’ve come across here in the valley. If you like a good burrito, come to Rudy’s.

Food is good. Burrito lacked meat for the price with too much filler. Red sauce is excellent. Rice had better flavor than most. I will try again sometime and perhaps they will gain another star.
