The atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. You are greeted as you walk in by the staff. Food option are really good from the Caribbean Chicken And shrimp bowl to the Rumbi Bbq salad being my 2 go to meals from here. Overall Great food accompanied by great service.

Great peaceful and well maintained space. Love the feeling and fragrance of the cleanliness! Really allows my palate to enjoy my dish. Food is amazing!! I wasn’t looking for scrumptious food to nosh on, there I was on sleepy Friday afternoon far from my home in Tempe.I was greeted immediately right through the door. Hawaiian music played overhead, cafeteria style setup with modern day color palette.I walked up the large screen menu: rice bowl, pick your protein (Luau pork) pick your sauce (Hawaiian Teriyaki), pick your side (macaroni salad) I washed this all down with a mango strawberry lemonadeArmed with my choices, I walked up to the counter to order. I was given a number even though I was only the second table.My food was delivered as soon as I returned from the bathroom (washing my hands) I happily smashed on this Aloha-in-a-bowl.Do yourself a favor and treat yourself today!

Great place for both healthy food and comfort food, with a relaxing island vibe. Tonight we had the Jamaican Jerk Caesar salad, Rumbi fries, and the tempura shrimp. Everything was fresh and tasty! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice place to have a quiet dinner with friends.

I had the Kahuna burger and mixed fries (sweet potato and regular potato). The food was outstanding and the prices were reasonable. Inside the restaurant was clean and had a nice beachy vibe with Hawaiian music. There are also some crossover plates with a Caribbean influence.

I found this place when my daughter and family moved to Arizona in 2019. Now I make it a point to go any time I'm back in the area. Love the food. I've always had good experience with staff and atmosphere.

Not a great experience. This is definitely fast food. You order at the counter & then sit down. They do bring it out to you. 1. Very expensive for what you get. 2. Everything is ala-cart. 3. Was told they could make the tofu crispy. Had to send it back as it was NOT crispy at all. The cook seemed perturbed.4. There was a young man serving food who had very long hair (past his shoulders). His hair was not pulled back, in a hair net, nothing.5. Shrimp we're rubbery & tasteless6. Every dish was extremely bland

Many options of delicious food. We had several different bowls and sauces, all of them flavorful and yummy. Healthy choices were easy to make if desired. But the sweet potato fries were cooked PERFECTLY, best fries we’ve had in a long time. Fun music & island vibes. We’ll be back when in the area.

Needed a lunch place yesterday and stumbled across Rumbi Island Grill. We made the right decision for sure. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. We got a variety of bowls with different sauces and each was delicious. Easy to make healthy choices, too. But we do recommend the fries, we got a mix of regular and sweet potato fries and they were PERFECT. Best fries we've had in a long time. Yum! Also the music and ambiance were fun too.

I have been wanting to try it Rumbi and I'm glad I finally got to this week!!My son and I went here for the first time, we walked in and it's such a nice vibrant fun scene!The workers were kind and friendly, I love when I go to a brew place and I ask for recommendations and they know exactly what everything is and what's popular!I ordered the Mango Chicken with Hawaiian Teriyaki sauce, brown rice and their black beans with bacon.Everything was perfectly prepared and so tasty!Very fresh nicely out together, I ordered that in the smaller size they offer.My son got their chicken bites and fries!He enjoyed his food as much as I did!We are excited to share this place with the rest of the family!!
