Three times last week their products rang up incorrectly. $24 total when it turned out to be $14. $18 total when it turned out to be $11. $19 total when it turned out to be $15.Today their lines for self checkout and employee checkout are 6-7 customers deep, waiting. This store is managed poorly. The Manager when confronted about the pricing last week and I asked “Is someone working on the issues with prices not ringing up correctly?” and the response was, “Whatever phone number you entered was incorrect.” Well that’s funny, I didn’t enter a phone number two of the transactions and scanned their QR code from their app.Today, after waiting for the forever long lines, my 4 item purchase came out to $14, and yet again, they had to come correct it as the entire total was under $6. However the CSR could not discount the transaction further to the actual price it should have been, as the Manager was nowhere to be found.Folks, Safeway, is ripping you off on your daily purchases, and sometimes for more than 100% more than what the transaction should be.

I've been shopping here for years and never had any issues until today. The meat department has a "new policy" and would not slice meat for me after saying he would. The guy immediately gathered the other members of the meat department to discuss the "new policy." Thumbs down for todays customer service. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I drive out of my way to this Safeway because the store is great. Front end staff are awesome especially when I struggle with digital coupons. Never a bad experience at this store. Butcher is fabulous, cuts meats on request. That's why this Safeway is my store. Congrats all employees
Shopped here since they opened. The last 3 times, I've had to go to the service desk to be refunded for sale items that did not ring up correctly. Do better Safeway...I should be able to count on accurate checkout!

I went in and ordered a birthday cake on the 23rd for my daughter, who turned 18 on 12/25. The guy who took my order confirmed they'd be open on 12/25. He took the cake order. Imagine my horror as I sit in the parking lot of a closed Safeway writing this. Why didn't they call me when they saw the order date? My daughter will not have a cake on her milestone birthday. As if having a birthday on Christmas wasn't bad enough. She's never not had birthday cake though...Never again Safeway. This is unforgivable.
