The servers are very knowledgeable about gluten free options. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. The gentleman named Brad who was our server explained that they take precautions and clean the area where gf food is cooked. He even double checked with the chef to make sure they would prepare my food safely. I got a burger with lettuce and tomatoes to be on the safe side. Surprisingly it was actually really delicious! Dawn and her team were a pleasure to work with. Saguaro Lake Grill hosted a surprise party for my dad’s birthday. From the planning, to the execution, we were very happy with the quality of service and flexibility with hosting a large group. Thank you all so much for your hard work and hospitality.
