This is one of the best chinese food places I have tried. I love their chop suey. Solo good! Ask for extra bean sprouts. Yum. Go make your own take on this food. You won't know till you go!

An AZ friend introduced us to Saigon Jade and can I just say we were impressed? I'm from NorCal and San Jose has all the best Viet food to offer so I was a bit skeptical going in to try Saigon Jade but their food won me by a landslide. Bánh cuốn: honestly the best one I have eaten in years. Maybe it is just me but their bánh cuốn reminds me of the one I ate growing up in Sài Gòn with my parents. Chewy, tasty rice wrap and not too much pork stuffing. 10/10 Bún mắm: the fermented fish broth is rich and flavorful. This dish is very hard to get it right and I was impressed. Wish there were more eggplants inside. 9/10 Bánh canh cua: good portion and delicious. Just my personal taste that I wish the broth was thicker and wish they serve it with tamarind fish sauce and chinese donut fried rolls ( dầu cháo quẩy) Ambiance: family suitable and servers were friendly. Their drinks are the only minus point for me but this is really minor. 10/10 will come again and I recommend you to try Saigon Jade for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine dishes. (I have not tried other dishes from here yet so I can only speak for my examples.)

Their vegetarian fried rice is AMAZING. I ordered it with no egg to make it vegan. So good. Their website’s menu isn’t up to date, so they don’t have a lot of the obvious vegan options as listed on there, like the vegan pad Thai I was going to get, but the fried rice was so good I didn’t mind. Their cucumber water is also nice and refreshing. Excited to go again sometime!

I made my third visit to Saigon Jade recently, and I can confirm: This is a top-tier Viet spots in the area. Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious! The pho is great -- the short rib pho with noodles served on the side is a favorite among my friends -- but I highly recommend venturing through the variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes! I rarely see banh canh cua (an udon crab noodle soup) in AZ, and Saigon Jade makes it SO good. The broth is flavorful, the meats are tender, and the dish is topped with a healthy amount of real crab! Their aromatic duck and egg noodles soup is another great choice. If you're planning your visit ahead of time (and have a good chunk of time to dine in with a group), I highly recommend ordering their grilled catfish! You'll want to call ahead so they can prepare it, but it's the best one I've had in the Valley. Even the smaller catfish is quite meaty yet crispy. The sauces are delicious, and there's a perfect amount of veggies, herbs, spring rolls wrappers to fill 3-4 people (more if you're getting the large). I will be back soon!!

The best Vietnamese restaurant in Mesa. Fast service with kind hospitality. This restaurant doesn’t only offer pho, but also many other authentic dishes. My favorite dishes are beef wrapped in grape leaf, lotus roots salad, and grilled chicken with fried sticky rice. Don’t forget to ask for their fermented special sauce. It’s the best.

Saigon Jade: A Flavorful Vietnamese Culinary Journey I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Jade, a Vietnamese gem nestled in the heart of Mesa, Arizona. From the moment I stepped inside, the inviting aroma of authentic Vietnamese cuisine enveloped me, promising a delightful experience. Bun Bo Hue: A Spicy Triumph The Bun Bo Hue was an absolute delight! The rich, aromatic broth was infused with lemongrass, chili, and tender slices of beef. The spice level was just right, leaving a warm tingle on my taste buds. Each spoonful transported me to the bustling streets of Hue. If you're a fan of bold flavors and a touch of heat, this dish is a must-try. Pho: A Bowl of Comfort The pho at Saigon Jade was nothing short of comforting. The clear, fragrant broth cradled silky rice noodles, tender slices of beef, and fresh herbs. The balance of flavors--savory, herbal, and slightly sweet--was impeccable. Whether you're seeking solace or simply craving a hearty meal, their pho won't disappoint. Com Tam: A Rice Plate Extravaganza The com tam (broken rice) stole my heart. The grilled pork was succulent, and the accompanying pickled vegetables added a refreshing crunch. It's a symphony of textures and flavors that will leave you satisfied and smiling. Spring Rolls: A Crispy Delight The spring rolls were a crispy revelation. The delicate rice paper encased a medley of fresh herbs, shrimp, and vermicelli noodles. However, the dipping sauce left room for improvement. While it was decent, a bolder flavor profile would elevate these rolls to perfection. Vietnamese Coffee: A Liquid Elixir No Vietnamese meal is complete without a cup of Vietnamese coffee. Saigon Jade's version was robust, sweetened with condensed milk, and served over ice. The slow drip process adds to the anticipation, and the result is a caffeinated elixir that will keep you energized and content. Service and Ambiance The service at Saigon Jade was friendly and efficient. The staff ensured our glasses were never empty, and they were attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere invites both solo diners and families alike. In summary, Saigon Jade is a culinary haven where flavors dance, and memories are made. While the spring roll dipping sauce could use a little tweak, the overall experience is one of warmth, authenticity, and deliciousness. Don't miss out on this Vietnamese treasure!

The food was delicious and fresh! I had the pork chop with rice and vegetables. I also had the vermicelli salad. The service was outstanding! The only thing is that they don’t accept American Express as a payment.

Want to start off by saying food is indeed good. I've been here to eat with my family many times. We supported them when they first opened but My last experience here would be last. I had place a preorder of 100 grilled pork spring rolls for pick up at 1p. My husband gets there at 12:40pm and they stated that the "order will be ready in 20 mins". Our order wasn't finished until 2pm! Which was is the time our event was starting. And the restaurant wasn't even busy. What frustrates me even more was the complete lack of acknowledgement or compensation for the inconvenience they have caused. Not only did they fail to meet their commitment, but they also showed a disregard for their customers' time and expectation. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability and effort to rectify the situation was truly disappointing. Therefore my family and I will not be returning customers. Overall food is good, service is not bad, price is high, ambiance is ok, clean, nothing special.

I was craving spring rolls and decided to stop in for lunch. The fine vermicelli and pork belly were delicious with the fermented fish sauce. The sauce is a little sweet, so I added some lemon juice and asked for freshly crushed chili peppers. The udon noodles weren't their best dish because the soup was a little sweet. The menu recently changed with more options, and I'm excited for you to say they have baked catfish. I WOULD BE BACK TO TRY! If you decide to try their catfish, I would advise calling in advance since the menu states 35-45 minutes of cooking time.

Located in a has-been Plaza, with vast amounts of parking, but sort of a tumbleweed vibe, I don't know that I would make this a destination place, only because I like Da Vang on Dunlap and 17th a little bit more. This is a touch on the pricier side, But the pho is good. Pho Combo has your standard accoutrements, but for me, the deciding factor of a good bowl is the broth. This place does not disappoint, and the broth is deep and aromatic. They don't scrimp on the basil and sprouts, which I love about a good Vietnamese place. I think that if I'm in the neighborhood, I would come back, because I know that I'm getting the real-deal bowl. Maybe next time I'll have to venture away from the pho and try some other things. Very close to H Mart, so a combo visit where I do some grocery shopping and stop off for a bowl is in the cards.

My friend recommended I try Saigon Jade with my family while in town for my sister's commencement, and they were right. Saigon Jade hit all the right spot with not only having some unique Viet dishes not found on a lot of menus, but a nice vegan friendly menu for someone like me too.I had their Vegetarian Pho and a side of their vegan Egg Rolls. The pho was one of the best I've had... ever. The broth was flavorful and my bowl was loaded with so many veggies, pan-fried tofu, and even bean curd. The quality of the noodles, protein, and veg really stood out and I really enjoyed this hearty bowl of goodness. The egg roll dish came with three and they were great as well. The veg ones have a taro, glass noodle filling, and was my kind of fried appetizer. The rest of my family seemed to really enjoy their meals too so there is definitely something for everyone. Parking is available outside in the giant lot with many other Asian businesses.Vegetarian options: They no longer have a vegan/vegetarian menu, but there is still a veg section and items can be made vegan (or are accidentally vegan)

The pho broth here is probably some of the best I've had. The noodles kindve break but they have such a nice soft chewy texture. The meat wasn't sliced thin enough in my opinion but was still delicious. Overall would definitely go back!
