The food here is wonderful - it may take some time to get your order in but the people all work hard and its open late!

Was told in an interview, that as a server I would be responsible for ensuring people didn’t run out of the restaurants or else it would be docked from my pay check. Seems to be a problem- I ran too 😂
I like Saketini! They've given better service the past year or so. I really like the Vegas roll and the Cinderella roll. Their Gyoza is delicious too! Only thing I think they could do better on is the price of their rolls. Even on happy hour, you get 6 skinny pieces in a roll for 15-20 dollars. They get cheaper at happy hour, but it doesn't feel like happy hour. It just feels like the rolls are priced the way they should be normally for the amount you get. All in all I would recommend going here because the food is really good and their service has gotten better in recent months, so if you haven't been here in a while, go and see how it is now! :)

Where to start?? Drinks- I ordered a Plum Kiss it is a plum wine ( my favorite) with a splash of Sprite. This was more like Sprite with a splash of plum wine watered down. We ordered Jalapeño poppers which tasted like bell pepper poppers. I ordered the veggie ramen, it tasted like Top Ramen without the packet seasoned with green beans. My daughter said the Cheese Katsu tasted like penny flavored balloon, her dad took a bite and felt it tasted more like a pencil eraser. As far as customer service goes, we were sat at a noticeably dirty table. Waiter sat down the menus and immediately walked a way. We waited for a moment to try to get his attention then we moved to a different table on our own. Once seated it took the waiter a while to come over to take our drink order and when he came it felt like he was rushing us to get our order. Will we go back? Very unlikely.

The food was just ok, not worth price in my opinion.
Service was terrible, had to ask for waters after being there for about 30 minutes and the servers were sitting on the tables chatting instead of tending to tables.
Won’t be returning.

this place has declined in quality over time. this used to be a main hangout spot for my friends and me, but the food is mid, the environment is cramped and too loud, and the service is either pretty friendly or completely impartial. and its just not the fun i used to have.

Our group decided to come here to celebrate a bachelorette party because we heard they have a private room for karaoke. What they failed to mention is that you can only use their equipment if you know how to read Korean because all of the equipment was in Korean. The staff was nearly non-existent and we had to go searching for someone each time we needed something. The private room was dirty and the floor was sticky. The room also still had decorations up from Christmas which shows how much the staff care about details. The speakers connected to the karaoke system were loud but one sounded like a blown out speaker that was in an old busted up car. One of the ledges on a sofa was broken like someone deflated the cushion however that's possible. The only saving grace was the food which I can't say was the best I ever had but for a few hungry women we made the most of it. We couldn't stop laughing at the whole situation because it's not like we had time to really pick something last minute. A day later though both my sister and I were sick and I just felt dizzy and nauseous where she unfortunately had diarrhea and nausea. Needless to say I will thankfully never return to this restaurant and I'm actually quite surprised that they are still in business at this point. It must be a good place where people just go to get drunk and not care about anything else.

LMAO. what a joke. 13 minutes waiting to be seated (only 3 tables were taken) then we finally get seated. THIRTY MINUTES. She didn’t even get our drink order. She passed us about 6 times, and brought everyone’s order out. STILL PROCEEDED TO IGNORE US. I come here about twice a week and never have that great of service, but this was a complete joke. We up and left AND SHE STILL DIDN’T REALIZE WE LEFT. we ended up at IHOP. Better service and was seated right away. Thank you, we will never be coming back here again & you lost a very loyal costumer ?

Karaoke room was bad. Korean songs only, microphone kept going dead.

Okay place, there was plenty of room for us on Friday night, we beat any major influx of crowds. Eel sauce and teriyaki were sugary versus savory. Different creative rolls, enjoyed them .
