I really want to like this place. The food is good! But I waited 50 minutes for my first roll, and it wasn’t busy yet. Had to constantly ask for chopsticks, beverages, napkins…. I watched a couple get seated 15 minutes after I did, yet get their food and eat it, before I got mine. Service seriously needs to be better.

The food is amazing at this location, but the service certainly leaves something to be desired and this has been a consistent thing on every single trip I've had to Sakura sushi. Constantly for getting my drinks that I have to ask for or remind them that I'm waiting on, I never get refills on my drinks without either having to ask or remind them again.
Table service is so inconsistent that there was one time I had to wait 30 minutes before a server came by to pick up my order to put it in for the kitchen.
Management at this location definitely needs crack down the service cuz they seem to be more worried about standing near the service table playing on their phones versus actually serving customers and refilling drinks.

Came here not realizing it was an all you can eat place. The sushi was mediocre nothing special. I was rushed out of my seat when I was done eating and finishing up my drink. The server was abrupt and it felt more like a push em through place.

Ordered take out from this place a few times. Friendly service and reasonably priced!
We called ahead because one person in our group of five hates sushi. The ask was, can 1 of 5 order an entree from the menu and the other 4 get sushi. Her answer: Sure, he just has to sit at a separate table. I said, are you honestly telling me that one member of our party would have to sit alone at another table? She confirmed, yes. I let her know that she would miss out on revenue from 5 meals. She said ok.

My favorite all you can eat sushi in the valley. Fair pricing, includes sashimi, nigiri, specialty rolls, a variety of hot food items like teriyaki chicken, fried rice, udon/soba, tempura, edamame, etc. Really a place to get sushi and it's always served fresh.
