The soup sucks. Salad is good for the price. The wrap had too much sauce. The ratio of the veggies wasn't to my liking (crazy amt of carrots and little beans) but I understand they are just adding everything somewhat equally

You all don't actually wonder why a returning customer might be "off" w you do you? Maybe it the "clump" of Bleu Chz crumbles, or the 1 slice of avocado, or mostly that someone SELECTS RANCH dressing vs Bleu Chz, & even puts in comments " Ranch dressing please, not bleu chz". Yet what does one find when it's gotten home.... bleu chz dressing. SMFH!

Why are they so slow??? I waited in line for over 30 minutes. It's salad!!! How slow can they be? I'm sorry but I come at least 3xs a week and every time same story. Salad is good but getting a little tight with the chicken. Literally 5 pieces in my autumn roasted salad. Please do better salad and go!! I love your food

Like Jorge's review. Service was slow but more so when I was paying. Cashier had my card for 5 mins it felt like. No indication of if the machines were slow. And to top it off the salad definitely wasn't the same amount as I am used to. I order the same thing every time. I really hope salad and go isn't skimping because of inflation. Your prices are already far higher then when I started using you 5 years back.

I love Salad and Go! They need to be nationwide ASAP! Great salad options and can create your own. The salad wraps, breakfast bowls, breakfast burritos, soup, and choices of lemonades are all just as awesome as the salads.

Everything there tastes so good. Always have to get the frozen strawberry lemonade.
Spoke to the manager there, he was absolutely unwilling to compensate for my 20 minute drive. Not only did his team mess up both my salads, after a long day from work picking up kids from practice, last thing you want to do is get home and see that they did not replace the blue cheese for ranch nor did they remove the blue cheese crumbles that was substituted for shaved Parmesan.
Simply remake my salads???? Offer 2 extra drinks, a dollar and some change for 40 min an inconvenience to my time!!!! What about my TIME my commute?
Unwilling to help with such unpleasant demeanor! The resolution I would’ve hoped for would’ve been a sincere apology and I”’ll go ahead and remake your salads and give you a gift card for an additional salad on us considering the incident “.
And for those thinking, I’m just trying to score a free meal I offered and brought these salads exactly how they prepared them!!
Let’s use this as a training opportunity in customer service.
Used to come to this salad and go for lunch and for breakfast all the time but at some point in the past few months the wait time for the drive thru increased to a minimum of 30-45 minutes waiting in line which is longer than most people's lunch breaks. I wish this location cared about efficiency in the slightest and didn't just staff employees who can barely get premade salads out below 30 minutes time.

I had a GREAT review once upon a time, however these past 2 months or so the quality and service has gone down. I've been mobile ordering everyday, I got a salad yesterday and it wasn't even half full VERY SKIMPY, I am always nervous to speak up so o went to the Country Club and Basline location hoping they would remake. They did! I showed her and she was shocked at how small it was. She remade my salad. She started taking pictures of my salad because it was just unacceptable, and she told me she would send pics to her manager. Today I ordered breakfast and it was all messed up and no sauce in bags. I just went back in line and asked for remake. I am no longer coming to Alma School, mobile ordering has been horrible. Thanks to CC+B location for being understanding and friendly.
