I always order my food ahead of time and make sure to give extra time because I know lunch is busy, but I had to wait 20 minutes after getting there for my food. Absolutely ridiculous, I order ahead for a reason, not to have them waste my lunch hour.

The service personal need some work on customer service and not being on their phones while attending to customers or taking orders. A normally 5 minute drive throw time took 15-20 mins. When got to window it was apparent why. the phone and lack of customer service played a very big part. not the first time but was crazy too me. Clearly party night before was a lot and no care to work or get with the day. Just sad, truly sad.Parking: there is parking but drive through is normally fast as long as they have good workers

I think the food was excellent.... To rank it out of 10 I would give it a 10 because of the freshness of the vegetables and lettuce for their salads. I had a wrap and it's literally a salad inside a flour tortilla! Huge, filling, most importantly healthy.

They never have online orders ready. The person at the counter told me they don’t start making them ahead of time and that I should go through the drive through instead

This spot is the closes to my job so I come here often. I’ve have done saladas missing avocado ir something multiple times. Todays missing item on my salad was the chicken. So I’m tired of having missing items I’m paying for, check your order before living the window is a must now. Or just don’t even stop here. I’m disappointed won’t be coming back.

Omg I went and got the breakfast lunch bundle and their breakfast burritos did not disappoint they were so flavorful and they def didn't skimp like most other locations do and piping hot the potatoes in it were so delicious and they were able to customize my Greek salad to have less olives and it turned out to be so yummy ???

This location is the worst, wait time is ridiculously long and the staff is not nice at all. This particular location is less than a mile from my house, but I would rather drive 5 miles to another one to avoid this kind of service. 30+ minutes and I couldn’t even get out of the line because of the way the drive-thru is set up.

This is the third time I have come to this location… always a 30+ minute wait in the drive through. When it was my turn at the window I observed how slow and inefficient they are. My order sat there for 5 minutes. They have also failed to give me an accurate order each time.
