We always have fabulous service at this location! Food is always good.My only thing is about the cold brew.. I'm a little nervous. Every time I've gotten it lately, I've ended up with a scratchy throat and itchy mouth (today was the worst). The only thing that does that to me is when I accidently consume mold. I can't confirm obviously but ... I'm concerned is all.Anyways, great food, great lemonade, great service!

Worst customer service ever. I had a mobile pic up order. My girlfriend didn't want any blue cheese on her salad. She wanted ranch. I forgot to add the ranch in substitute and the guy that helped me was more then difficult. With an attitude he said next time put it on the order. He then yelled sarcastically at me right in my face saying have a nice day. He's lucky I didn't grab him by his throat. Kid should be fired. I'll never be back to a salad and go again.

Order an Autumn salad to go and the soup. When I was handed the sack the soup was on its side so that it could spill all over. And the attitude was very cocky and arrogant. I love the food it's sad it has to be like that!

I thought that the guy at the drive threw window was very rude and made some unnecessary comments all because I needed to modify some wraps. If you are spending over $50 on fast food salad the least you can ask for is good service

This place is amazing! Fast service, friendly faces & delicious salads. The lemonades so delicious. You can't beat it when it comes to a healthy cost effective meal when on the road. I highly recommend if in the area.

I repeated my order twice when placing it in the drive through and the employee repeated it back to me correctly. I asked for a BBQ wrap with no tortilla strips. When it was handed to me it was a salad with tortilla strips. I had to wait sitting at the drive through for them to notice I hadn’t left. Told them the issue, they said they’d remake it. When I got home, sure enough the wrap still had tortilla strips so I had to dump out all the ingredients, pick those out, and then try to re-wrap my food. Based on all the recent poor reviews I would not recommend going to this location until they get it together.

Love the salads here. Incredible atmosphere, workers are always kind and fast. It's like a QuikTrip but with healthy food. Only salads I ever eat. One of the employees, Kahlan, is always so friendly and asks about my day. Would definitely eat here again.
