Ordered a chicken tamal at 7:30, along with two other meals. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and there were three people in the kitchen. The food came out, but the tamal was cold. We asked them to heat it up, and they forgot until 8:00 pm. We had to share food while waiting, as it took three people 30 minutes just to serve one tamal. In the end, we skipped the tamal and shared the other food between two plates.

amazing quality always! the pupusas are made to order so they clearly will give you a 15-20 minute time frame estimate while they make your order. never been served bad food here!!! no auto tip is generated.

The restaurant is a little dirty and the restrooms are filthy. But, the pupusas here are yummy and the prices are reasonable

My Spanish is not good, I'm having problems to order. It's good the server is patient and trying to understand what I want. I tried the Pupusas since it has good reviews. I love their rice and beans but not much with the Pupusas. I think the cheese overpowers the chicken. Maybe next time I will order meat without cheese.

Unfortunately, the overall vibe was uncomfortable. While my son and I were happily enjoying our food — just excited about how good it was — a woman (possibly the manager, or maybe a customer) came over and told us, very curtly, that we needed to lower our voices for the other guests. It caught us totally off guard. We weren’t being disruptive, just genuinely enjoying our time together. My 9-year-old son was so shocked he stopped eating and just stared at his plate. It completely shifted the energy.
No one else spoke to us, but it left us feeling unwelcome — so we boxed up the rest of our tacos and left. We rarely go out, and this was meant to be a special treat for the two of us. The food absolutely deserves praise, but the customer experience left a sting.
If you want to try these amazing tacos, I’d suggest ordering to-go. Hopefully the atmosphere becomes as warm as the food is.

All they do is put the order in and when you pay they put a tip for themselves without advising you that a tip is being placed be careful
Nomas ponen la orden y cuando vas a pagar se ponen el tip ellos mismos sin decirte ten cuidado ya no regresare aqui
Also they did not want to refund tip so dont try

I found a hair in my seafood broth, how disgusting, 🤮 I will not buy again from your establishment, apart from the poor management of the food, with so many employees in your kitchen and how great that they do not use hair covers
