We came 13 mins before closing wanting one ice cream cone and filled up some water. No one came out for several mins while we filled our water. Then a girl came out abs was standing behind the counter and I told her Id like to order one cone and she said she didn't work there. Then she said that the employee already washed all of the dishes so they stopped serving ice cream. all they would've had to clean it was one ice cream scoop. We paid the guy when he came out and started leaving and that same girl went to the back and came out with a mop and started mopping. Strange since she said she didn't work there. Perhaps she was the employees girlfriend and was just helping him out? Who knows. If I owned this store Id be pretty upset that they wouldn't serve customers and also had half of the lights off to make it look like they were closed. This isnt the first time we've been disappointed by this store, Im honestly not sure why we continued going there. We were very bummed about this last interaction.

I love this place! Great prices, and they cater to all the kiddos coming in for ice cream cones. I buy ice since it is so much cheaper here, and never had a bad experience. It is nice to see all the families that come in, always busy, but I’ve never had a long wait.
Very reasonably priced Thrifty Ice Cream and shaved ice. Customer service and speed of service was top notch. Thank you ladies.7/3/22 came back again today and Ethan sold me on a nice ice cream combo. Owners he's making you lots of money my one scoop trips are now double scoops from here on out. He was such a doll.

I always buy my water and Ice here. My only complaint is that the sidewalk at the door is disgusting, it is filthy. Employees are pleasent, just remember they are kids with little real world experiences.I just returned from a water refill and discovered they did clean up the sidewalk. I stand corrected.
