Front door is broken due to a floor problem at the entrance..two faucets have been out of order for a long time, so when it's busy you might have to wait for one.

Love coming here. Clean and reliable. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and helpful. Today I chatted with Blue the assistant manager, what a sweetheart! It’s nostalgic to go to an old school water n ice that’s locally owned. Reminds me of my childhood.

We came 13 mins before closing wanting one ice cream cone and filled up some water. No one came out for several mins while we filled our water. Then a girl came out abs was standing behind the counter and I told her Id like to order one cone and she said she didn't work there. Then she said that the employee already washed all of the dishes so they stopped serving ice cream. all they would've had to clean it was one ice cream scoop. We paid the guy when he came out and started leaving and that same girl went to the back and came out with a mop and started mopping. Strange since she said she didn't work there. Perhaps she was the employees girlfriend and was just helping him out? Who knows. If I owned this store Id be pretty upset that they wouldn't serve customers and also had half of the lights off to make it look like they were closed. This isnt the first time we've been disappointed by this store, Im honestly not sure why we continued going there. We were very bummed about this last interaction.
Took our granddaughter here one Friday night & think we're going to go on a regular basis for a while
