This place is ON POINT.Tacos are excellent, green chili is PHENOMENAL. carne asada is cooked perfectly, not dry at all.Salas and guacamole is always made fresh and it’s absolutely delicious!!!!!

Food was great!! Green chilli shredded beef burrito!! Side of beans and a jalapeno scorched up on the flat top! Perfection. Even threw in a couple extra jalapenos .. Very good . Will definitely be back. One of the cooks even came out once it slowed up a bit and asked how everything was tasting. Very good customer service. Looking forward to returning.

It was the big flashing Sasquatch on McKellips that caught my eye and prompted me to Google what this place was. I'm so glad I stopped. Just an unassuming food truck next to JJ's Landscaping. The people are very nice. The customer ahead of me placed a huge order, maybe for his office, and I assumed I'd be waiting for awhile. It was very cool of them to walk out right away with my order, as it appeared they'd worked my meals in first. Now the food: my husband had the green chili shredded beef burrito and he really enjoyed it. I had the carne asada quesadilla. The tortilla was the best part: tender and grilled to perfection. I liked the meat too. They say they use a mix of cheeses but it looked like mostly cheddar to me. While this wasn't bad, I'm just used to quesadillas that usually have asadero, Monterey Jack, or other white cheeses. The portion was so generous I had enough for two meals. They included a grilled jalapeño which my husband promptly stole. I'm pretty sure we'll return to try some other menu items.

Our new favorite food truck! Food is beyond delicious, and it also has a great roadside setup. Several spaced out tables with shade cloth, trees and plants make it nice sitting outside and fun sasquatch theme. We ordered chicken tacos, a green Chile & beef quesadilla, regular quesadilla and steak fries. Salsa was also very good. Our family will definitely be back!

This has got to be the strangest location for a food truck I've ever seen. It took me like 50 times driving by just to even realize it was there. Am I stupid? I am stupid for not stopping by sooner. This truck hits hard. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas; you name it, it hits. All their meats are good and high quality, especially the chicken. The green chili beef burrito is really what makes this place 5 stars for me. Never have I ever eaten a green chili beef burrito like this anywhere else, this has got to be the sloppiest burrito I've ever had, but man does it keep me coming back for more. The first few bites as you eat are mostly tortilla as the concoction within slides down into the butt of the burrito, setting you up for the juiciest second half of a burrito I've ever experienced. I love ❤️ the homemade authentic tacos burritos nachos quesadillas they offer! I have dined in but love the to go option! Their service is fantastic and the atmosphere outdoors in a family picnic style is very enjoyable as it cools down! My husband and I love it!

So happy the weather has cooled down and Sasquatcho Taco is open. The chicken tacos are simply amazing. We can never decide between tacos and burritos so we get some of each and split. The red chili....YES please! Try it once and you will be back weekly...just like us.
