Amazing all around! My wife and I are having our second baby, and decided to do the gender reveal with cake pops. Unfortunately, our Grandmother, who lives in Mesa, AZ, couldn't make it to us in Utah. After explaining the situation to Melody, she made sure everything was taken care of, and with the help of Olivia, made it possibe for Grandma to be involved and share in the family fun. We ordered our wedding with vanilla cake raspberry truffle filling and chocolate shavings. When we went to cut it it had no chocolate shavings ?I was so looking forward to it. I called and was told that the chocolate was extra! When clearly on my reciept it says raspberry truffle with chocolate shavings!!! I spoke to Jeff and he said he would give me gift card but in the meantime my husband said they should credit my debit card, especially since we really didn’t like the last lunch we had there! Jeff wouldn’t credit my card and I left without the gift card!! This was not my screw up it was theirs! They disappointed us on our wedding day!!!???

Went in for a sandwich and some bakery items. They were busy but still very friendly and helpful. The Spicy Beef sandwich is amazing. Even come with a teaser cupcake that makes you want to buy a full sized version. Their sugar cookies and their snickerdoodles are so yummy. We will definitely be back soon.I look forward to trying their breakfast items next visit.

Today, stopped in with my Senior family member. I ordered the same bfast she had because she could afford it much easier and she was taking me out. I thought when I ordered what she had it had bacon, eggs toast but she ordered sausage. Well, I'm allergic to sausage and was so disappointed I didn't order the bacon instead. Well, it was my fault but I was so disappointed that I didn't order it up right. I decided to see if anyone could make an exception, after all seniors do make mistakes and my intentions were good. I thought for sure since it was my mistake I was out of luck but chose to ask anyway. I inquired of Melody if she would just in this one instance for us serve up the bacon for me. To my surprise she did! What wonderful customer service! All you do is make repeat customers when you treat your followers well. I mean what restaurant are you going to be a regular at? One that dismisses you or one that is willing to make an exception when we make an error. Stellar, professional, ethical,military, senior, family and women friendly. My family and I came here because there was a line out the door for ihop and I’m so glad we came here instead!!! I got the berry salad & turkey/avocado sandwich and both were absolutely delicious. I tried my kids pancakes and it was the best syrup I’ve ever had. I’m honestly surprised by how good everything was because I’m rarely impressed with restaurant food. The cannolis are great too!Kid-friendliness: I don’t think there are any kid specific menu items for breakfast but there were other little ones there. My kids shared the pancakes and enjoyed their meal.

Heading else whereOh yeah Rise up has a killer Cinnamon rollBeen in there a few times.The last was the very last I will go and spend my money in.Yall need to rethink your cinnamon rolls.Hard even after chef microwave cooked mined was like concrete.Ya must have given up where does the care fall.I need to find a killer cinnamon roll place.Anyone know?????????

Was excited to try the bakery but left with nothing. 2 employees standing 4 ft from the counter just talking away, my husband and I had decided what we wanted but we were ignored as we stood at the bakery counter for several minutes with the 2 employees never acknowledging us or even breaking their chat to make eye contact but they could see us standing there, we finally just walked away. Won't be back
