There's an accessible walk-up counter and there's accesible parking mall-front. You can see pizza selection in glass display and I like how they re-heat the slices for you. Nice and crispy and cheesy. Love how it wasn't heavy on sauce. I also liked eating it with the ranch sauces they provide. Overall decent price. They also have a small amount of seating in their nook.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant a lot and my husband loves their pasta. But the spaghetti looked inedible and my husband asked if they would able to make us some more. The young asked her manager if she would cook more and she said yes but she looked disgruntled and told us that we would have to wait 10 minutes so we agreed to wait for their spaghetti. Then the young lady said she refused to sell it to us and she tried to move on and skip us. We told her wait and then bought pizza. That maker never made an attempt to make the spaghetti so left. My husband was very disappointed. The last time we came they didn't give us the bread sticks that went with our combos. It seems like they are trying to loose Valued customers.

The first guy there ignored me. When I asked if they were open yet (it was 10am) he cursed out loud and spun around saying angrily below his breath “can I help you?”. He then turned around and shook his hands in the air in frustration and I went down the aisle where the manager started assisting me. The manager was very professional. The first kid needs to be fired. If I see him working there I’ll eat at a different place.

Orderdd through Grubhub and asked in 3 different areas for napkins and silverware since I was in a hotel. Received nothing. Called the manager and told her what happened and as I was complaining she kept saying I can't hear you, our phones are bad. I repeated everything and she would answer that they can't see notes. I said wrong, I travel all the time and you can read them. Back to I can't hear you on my phone. Worthless branch.

Food was good but experience was ruined by the Manager, Katy, being completely rude and disrespectful to her employees.
Girl with glasses behind the counter, didn't hear what I ordered, then when I got the order and said something she was stand offish right away, said she gave me the receipt, yes but I don't need attitude when pointing out that you did not hear what we ordered, not exactly the customers fault for you not paying attention. P.s. came here for my son's birthday.

GROSS! Man, who looked like a manager, sat at the tables talking to another employee as he played with his cap. His hair was long and looked GREASY. He got up to help a customer. While helping he took off his gross cap and held it in his hands as he served the pizza. Never washed his hands and his cap too looked gross and greasy. Nasty. Unclean. Man's hair wasn't tied back or in a net. Yuck. So many violations. This was on Wednesday.

Again with the mediocre service. The person ringing our order up seemed under the influence of something while the manager seemed aloof. There was only one staff member that actually paid attention and took the time to ensure our order was right. The stand was a mess; and no attempts were made to clean up by anyone. As with the food, it was surprisingly good! However, this fell out of my breadstick bag and it made me feel a bit sick. Might come back sometime if I'm in the area, maybe.
