Went in to get my regular order of a Gluten Free wrap deluxe original and my son’s order of turkey original on sourdough. This was at 4:45pm 9/20. The order came out as a GF bun I asked if it could be corrected to the GF wrap the young guy said yes. It came out as a normal flour tortilla wrap. I said this doesn’t look like the normal GF wrap. At that point I asked again could I have it made as a GF wrap. They then tell me they don’t have GF wraps only buns and pizza. So I asked if that is the case I’ll take the GF bun deluxe original that was made already. The young lady making the food became clearly agitated. So I said I’ll just get a refund and go elsewhere. I’ve been going to this Schlotzsky’s for 30 years way before my knowledge of me being wheat free. I have talked to the manager on several occasions and he has told me they always have the GF wraps. If that has changed that would have been easier to tell me at the start when I order the GF wrap.

Alejandro was awesome at the register explaining his favorite items on the menu for me. My first time here was amazing because of his personality and love for life! The sandwich was warm soft and delicious😋Can’t wait to try out some of the other menu items next time I’m in town🙏

Manager at this store is very rude sometimes, I go here at least once a week and always order the same thing. Turkey bacon sandwich but I change the toppings. Manager was training a new person and try’s to tell me I can’t make a custom sandwich that they don’t sell them that way. Well I used to be a manager at one of your locations and never Hurd anything like this. She then proceeded to tell me that she can’t serve me which was very rude and disrespectful as I drive a ways to go to this locations. I will not be returning to this location nor referring anyone to it.

Just received my food from schlotzsky's on country Club and Juanita. Lady taking the order and cashier was very short and rude with us. Been going there for years first time we've been treated like that. 8/1/2025 8:23 p.m. probably will go somewhere else from now on.
