This store is ok but they don't pay very good attention. You have to go to the window and have they look for your order. Sometimes they ask you if you already have one. If you don't stay up their they won't come find you. I sat down to wait and 15 minutes later I had to track someone down and by then everything was cold and a waste of money. Just walk in and stand in the corridor by the to go rack. They don't use the rack to place your orders so if you don't want cold food like me, don't walk away from that window even if your in the way, don't relax.

Love Schlotzsky's. Started eating them at the first location years ago in Austin, TX. They are just as good today. They have a great menu, but my wife and I always eat the same thing: the large original with chips and a drink. There is no other sandwich like it, or that even comes close!
Awesome experience, haven't enjoyed a Schlotzsky sandwich in decades. We don't have any in Hawaii. Super polite staff, superb cleanliness from dining area to counter and kitchen. So delicious, recommend for everyone.

Had turkey avocado Cobb salad same for flatbread, potato soup and turkey bacon club sandwich. It was TERRIBLE! Salad had NO avocado, flatbread had maybe 4 little cubes of avocado, skimpy bacon on sandwich and one piece of potting soup. It was Togo order. Oh and NO spoon to eat soup!! Kinda needed spoon since we were at a hotel. Was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. BEWARE!
