My family was excited to see this in Mesa as we had been to the one in Phoenix before. Went on a Friday evening and I was surprised to find the place empty. There were about 2 tables occupied in the entire place. From the get go the greeter just grabbed the menus took us to a table not welcoming at all. Our server was SUPER slow along with all the other employees. They all gathered in a corner by the kitchen on their phones and seemed bothered when asked for something. The fried rice had NO flavor at all no salt no true Japanese flavor. None of the food was photo worthy. The firecracker peppers were the only thing good. Here is where my review comes in when we got our receipt as you can see they have two separate options to pay. Cash option and the receipt price. The waiter had no idea why the difference other than all merchants are doing this. It is what the card provider charges for transactions. ummmm NOT this much I can tell you. YES the merchant can charge up to a 4% fee on credit cards not debit cards and we paid with our debit card. Two the fees have to be posted upfront amd no where did I saw this would be added to our bill. The waiter got upset at me for asking this. I will NEVER go back to any of their locations.

We were looking for something new and haven't ever been here before! So we stopped by to give them a try! We had no idea they had 2 other locations here in the Phoenix area.... This place was pretty nice and there were only about 3 other tables seated so the service was nice and quick! We started off with the firecracker Jalapeños for the appetizers and they ended up being the star of the show! For our meal we ordered the Carniasada roll and it was definitely lacking! I had to ask for some lime so I could doctor it up a bit but I think if it had some cholula hot sauce onIt the roll would have been a lot better!! For a Mexican fusion Japanese place it was OK. Thanks for the good meal!

We were seated at our table and the server walked away almost immediately to place someone else’s order. She did not return to check on us until it was time to bring the bill. We ordered beef rice, a Las Vegas roll, and two other items. The “beef rice” was served as plain rice with no beef at all. The server never came back to ask how everything was or to refill our drinks. Overall, it was very disappointing. If you are looking for good quality service, I recommend going somewhere else.

Food was great and the service outstanding!!!. I enjoyed the life orquest with Amazing Salsa Music de Puerto Rico...! I Had a lot of fun!! I went for sushi and I dance the whole night. Yamuuh!!! Highly recommend it!!!

Just got the Tres Quesos roll and a jamaica and both were FANTASTIC. Beautiful presentation of the roll, even for an Uber Eats order. Phenomenal. 10/10.

Take out order was delicious. Carne Asada Roll, absolutely amazing. And the chicken fried rice, tasty! Nice staff, took my order right before closing! They had decorations and a stage and I looks like it would be just a lively place during peak hours!

This place is great. I like how the very clean it is, music is not too loud or too low, and the atmosphere is family friendly. The service is great and my food is always nice and hot. My sister and I love the horchata drink and any sushi cause we always order something new. This became our favorite eat out.

I was in town and a friend suggested this place. So, I wouldn't say it's high-end authentic (I lived in Asia and not many restaurants here are); but that's not what this brand is. I mean, the name?! It was a fun eclectic sushi take, so that's why I gave the food 5 stars. We got the Carne asada, dragon, spicy tuna and Mexican rolls. The server was great, got us extra ginger as requested and the rolls came out quick. Everything tasted great. 😋 the dragon and Carne asada were my favorite. I'd visit again!

I ordered the carne asada sushi roll and was disappointed with the quality of the meat. The carne asada had way too much fat, which made it chewy and unpleasant to eat. The flavor of the roll itself was good, but the quality of the beef needs improvement. American Discount Foods is the Vender or what ?
