If you’re craving hand-pulled noodles with real texture and bite, Biang Biang Noodles delivers. The noodles are thick, wide, and perfectly chewy — you can tell they’re freshly made. I ordered the biang biang noodles with chili oil and loved the balance of heat and savory flavor. The chili oil had a nice kick without overpowering everything else.
The toppings were generous — crisp bok choy, tofu cubes, mushrooms, and bean sprouts added great texture contrast. Portions are filling, and the bowl came out hot and fragrant.
Only reason it’s not a full 10/10 is that the seasoning could’ve been slightly bolder. But overall, a solid spot for authentic, comforting Xi’an-style noodles.

Very authentic Shaanxi style cuisine. Haven't had proper roujiamou since I lived in China and this place really hits the spot.
My sweet corn egg drop soup was absolutely nasty. It was like eating spoons full of sugar, but not in a good way. Really too sweet , no soup flavor. I wanted to puke.

How have I never eaten here before? Outstanding - probably the best Chinese food that I've had in AZ - we especially loved the soup dumplings and the corn soup (it's like a cross between egg drop soup and corn chowder. Yum!). We will definitely be back soon!

Inside was too hot and uncomfortable. Food is ok and affordable for the portion. Asking for 2.5% credit card fee and charge 20% for a group of 6. Kind of high for the quality of the service.

They changed their restaurant owner. Food was just okay but extremely overpriced considering all the hidden fees like extra credit card fee?? Where do these fees come from? The server only gave the water once then disappeared, when she came back, she brought the tip machine staring at you directly. The default tip is 18% after the tax and the extra credit fee. I am by myself, not a group of people. How dare you force me 18% just providing a cup of water? You know what you should do? Just adjust the tip in front of them directly and ask for detailed receipt, it’s your embarrassing behavior not mine. Ridiculous and pathetic restaurant.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food was generally fine, but the checkout experience was uncomfortable. The server held tablet very close and watched my hand closely while I was making the selection.

Disappointing food quality, poor service and overpriced items. It has gone downhill after owner change. Don’t recommend.
