The day after i got married, my wife and i went to this smashburger. She had forgotten her purse there and the staff had taken it to the back. We didnt realize the purse was missing until the evening when we tracked her credit cards being used at the frys nearby. We filed a police report and the police located her purse in their safe. Months later we find out one of the staff members was arrested for stealing from customers. When we brought it up with smashburger corporate, they claim they were not responsible and did nothing wrong. Smashburger has lost a customer for life. I will never trust a company that protects thieves and liars.

Waited about 20 minutes for our food, that’s fine because we didn’t have anywhere to go. Finally got our food but was missing our garlic fries. Lady told us they would be right out. Finished mine and my boyfriend’s food, waited about 10 more minutes after for the smash fries and still nothing. I was refunded, but not even having fries with my burger is ridiculous.

Arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 to be told they wouldn’t take our order for 30 minutes. No explanation or apology. Just unwilling to serve anyone. It doesn’t take a lot to attempt customer service so hopefully someone can provide some training on what to do when the store is busy (because you need to be busy to stay in business).
Came to Smashburger for the first time in several years because I was craving the haystack onions. Imagine my disappointment that they have been discontinued. The burgers are good and the service was acceptable, but without the haystacks, I have very little reason to return.

We were super pleased with the food quality and the service we received. The cashier was very welcoming to us. We also enjoyed the red potatoe waffles 😋😋 Prices are affordable.
