We attempted to have a dine in dinner experience at your Smashburger, but when we walked in, we were immediately told that it would be at least a 30 minute wait to get our food. There were maybe three tables of guests already having their dinner when I asked why it was a 30 minute wait to get served she said it was because of online orders. We chose to come to your restaurant for our dinner. It was our first visit to a Smashburger and to be blunt, we will never ever be back.if you want to do just online orders, then do that and close the dining area of your restaurant. This was extremely offputting. And again, we will never be back. Nor will be will we ever be able to recommend your restaurant.

I cannot believe the service here. All of the employees were breakdancing on the table, and when I asked them POLITELY to stop, they gave me dirty looks and continued their smash burger bash. Absolutely horrible.

Went in for the first time to try out SmashBurger they were running a special for Christmas a Buy 1 Get 1 Free burger that i didn't know was going on until after i made the order so i asked if i could still get it but they said they can't unless you order another Burger so I asked if i could talk to the Manager & she said We send Emails & stuff about it
But how am I supposed to know that being a New Customer & it's funny how I have to know about this Promo as a New Customer but the staff that works there doesnt know about it or they would offer it to you before Checkout
Also the Burger was Smaller than I was expecting for $9.29 Before tax

The two girls up front were super awesome and super friendly. The food was on time and warm when it got to us. The cheese was perfectly melted and the ambiance was peaceful. Perfect way to celebrate the third grade with my little brother
Beware! My girlfriend and I ate here Dec 14th and by the next day, late morning we were both stranded to our respective bathrooms with food poisoning for the next two days. We will never visit this restaurant again!!!

First off I’m never eating here again the manager( I thing his name was Jeff or Jeffery) cussed out this poor girl for calling out sick, poor thing cried and walked out the door. The staff behavior was UNACCEPTABLE getting angry about having to do there job (which is make orders) if you don’t like your job then quit! My food was horrible patty was over seasoned and was made with no care by the way the food was made you can just see the anger on the tray. Where is Christian that guy normally works on Fridays he was at least friendly and did his job even when others tested his patience he had a smile and had joy in his eyes. Have him work evening s instead of the bald manager who thinks it’s ok to cuss out females.
