We had never been here but got an email coupon so we thought we would try it. Cashier told us she would apply the coupon but never did. This was the only reason we went there. Food was good but probably won't be back if they can't honor their coupons.

The cashier Brooklyn was extremely rude. I wanted the All American burger for $5 but took off some toppings and she rang it in as a customized burger which is like $2 more so I kindly told her it wasn’t what I asked for and she got an attitude and was saying well did you want everything on the burger and I said no and she said that’s why she rang it in that way. Not sure why I can’t customize that burger and have to be charged more because I don’t want everything on it. When giving my card back she aggressively put it on the counter rather than actually handing it to me even thought I handed it directly to her. She proceeded to talk badly about me to the line cook and looked over and I could hear it all. She brought our food to the table and aggressively dropped it and just said “here’s that for you” and immediately walked away. Very disappointed in the service here as we were not disrespectful at all.

Disgusting food. Placed a pickup order. When I arrived the chick ( black hair up, with glasses) asked my name from back by cooks and then tossed my dripping grease bag on counter and walked to back. When i got home there was about an inch of oil in the bottom of tots box. Note, keep your paws out of your hair while handling customers food. Ordered a smash burger and tots. Talk about smashed. Was it supposed to be the patty or the entire burger smashed? My burger with bun was so smashed I laughed. Then the lettuce on burger was the size of a quarter and brown on end. For the tots, way to much salt and saturated in grease/oil. So salty you couldn't eat them, out the window for the crow. After completing 7 weeks of Chemotherapy yesterday I was craving a burger and this burger ad sounded so good to find it was a big disappointment. Will NEVER eat there again or recommend this location. Very disappointing for my first experience. I also noticed that not one staff member of I think 3 said a word while there, very unfriendly as if I was an inconvenience to them.

She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She didn’t rush us when ordering and helped us pick out the perfect meal. Highly recommend going to this location for your visit, also this location is super clean!

Had and online order and everything was fine. Got home with my order and my kids meal milk shake was sour. When I called to inform them and asked if they used milk the person on the phone said they did. I said I think the milk is out of date. They confirmed it was. I then had to ask for a refund which I was informed would take 5 days. There was no apology and no offers to make it right for serving outdated food. Also when I got down to the last tater tots there was at least a ¼inch of oil at the bottom of the container as in they didnt allow for the tots to drain properly. Very disappointed at the quality of my order.

I'm a fairly harsh/realistic reviewer, and I hardly ever give 5-star reviews, but I honestly can't think of anything adverse to say about Smash Burger. My burger spicy burger and fries were delicious; hell, even their Dr. Pepper was awesome, and Dr. Pepper sucks at most fast food places!
