I placed an online order at 6:12pm arrived at 6:30pm gave him my name he said we don’t have that order. I said well I placed it and paid for it… then the other employee asked if I have the right location and I did. They repeated a few times “sorry the ticket didn’t print” and just looked at me..? Like expecting me to say okay and leave? and I said well here is the order, placed at this location, fully paid for can you please make the smoothie and after me nicely asking a couple times she said “I guess we can do that” (mistakes happen, if the ticket truly didn’t print that’s fine, but common sense/customer service wise you make the smoothie that was paid for, and apologize)

The other employee made the smoothie, didn’t add dates like it comes with (I am pregnant there is a reason I ordered a smoothie with dates in it). Usually would not leave a review but this is actually the 2nd weird encounter I have had with this location so I won’t be giving them any business in the future. I recommend they figure out the “sorry the ticket didn’t print” issue- especially when people fully pay for drinks ahead of time.

We walked in and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to attend to us. There were 3 people in the back, and one in the bathroom. The guy finally came out of the bathroom and took the orders. There were others in the line. Finally one person came out of the back to take the orders. What were they doing in the back while we stood out front?

The smoothies were great! I'm glad I had that experience for my first time. The store was clean and well organized, which was definitely a positive. Service was good, however, I was taken aback because one of the staff members was wearing sunglasses. Me personally, I wouldn't mind. I know that around this area, some people might take that the wrong way. This is me bringing awareness, not trying to be offensive in any way. Other than that, great job.

?ordered a smoothie acai bowl online, had to wait a bit longer but worth the fruit being fresh! the bowl was still solid frozen ?(Its not good when its melted and gooey) and it was delicious! so worth it. The workers were also lovely ?

Terrible service! Ordered a smoothie bowl and the delayed making it. When asked they took their time and did not give a reason for delay. They also up charged me. When asked they gave wrong reason that it was when the amount was clearly showing.

Pretty friendly staff however no one bothered to tell me when ordering my bowl that they were out of everything. No strawberries and no granola. Thats basically everything that was supposed to be in my bowl. I was on lunch break and had no other choices at this point, had to get back to work. The bowl i ended up with was not what i paid for as it had NOTHING in it. Will never go back , too bad because its around the corner from my work.

This place was so gross! There were flys everywhere stuck to the wall and ceiling, an obvious leak on the floor that was there for a long time as a floor panel was missing and it was black on the board. You could smell a gross smell from the time you walked in. Been here twice thinking maybe the first time was just an issue they needed to clear up but will never go back. The gal helping us asked what was wrong as we couldn’t stop looking at the obvious water on the floor and I pointed out the black and they didn’t say a word!! I have a medical condition where I don’t detox water damaged mold called CIRS ~ some might see this as no big deal but to me it was.
