Whenever I go here the service is great. The girls are so nice. I love the smoothies. I’ve been experiencing a lot of nausea with the medications I take and sometimes I can only stomach a smoothie- they make my life better.

Customer service is highly lacking at this location. Didn’t greet us as we walked in. They’re unfriendly and wouldn’t allow me to customize my acai bowl at all or buy extra toppings on the side. Their bowls are expensive and good, but I won’t be back to this location. I’ll go to tru bowl superfoods where I can customize my bowls and it’s much closer to my house.

Been co.ing here for a while .....pretty much since it opened. The quality of the product is always on poi t. I like the pure recharge drinks myself. I want to give credit/recognition to the current manager Yvette. Ive seen a few managers come and go now. Yvette is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she does a great job keeping things going. It's a thankless job but she always has a smile on her face.

My son ordered smoothies for us to pick up yesterday. My son's was ready when he got there soon after he had ordered but mine was not quite ready yet. He had to leave to go to work, so I told him that I would pick mine up, we live around the corner. When I arrived, there were several customers ordering but they got to me quickly. The reason why I am giving five stars is because I could tell that they were working really hard, they were very polite and apologetic, and typically I see this younger generation far more lazy than mine, so I appreciated their hard work and respectful nature. The place is very clean and those youth were working really hard, and have to deal with a wide variety of customers while some can get quite rude. Plus the smoothie is so yummy!

I’ve been a regular customer at the Smoothie King on Crismon Road for quite some time—mainly because it’s right across the street from my house, and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my patience has run out.
Despite coming in often and being very clear about their own promotions—like how the third booster is supposed to be free—they almost never honor it. I’m constantly getting charged for that third booster and having to remind them to fix it. On top of that, they once offered me a free child’s smoothie but ended up charging me for it anyway and then told me they couldn’t refund it. They gave me some coupons as a consolation, but it just feels like a recurring pattern of not applying their own discounts unless I push for it.
To make matters worse, today I showed up just a minute before closing—at 5:59 p.m.—and they basically turned me away even though they weren’t officially closed yet. I get it—no one wants a last-minute customer—but the lack of flexibility just added to all the frustration.
Overall, the smoothies themselves can be okay, though the consistency varies from visit to visit. But the repeated issues with honoring their own deals and just the overall lack of customer service has really worn me down. I’m finally leaving this review because I’ve just had enough. It’s disappointing, especially for a place I’ve tried to support regularly. I don’t recommend this location at all. It feels like at this point they’re deliberately offering discounts and not applying them. The only thing consistent I’ve received at this location is terrible customer service and some bamboozling smoke show of discounts.

Not sure who owns this franchise but I would highly recommend you take the time to go in and figure out how to make this place more efficient. Lots of scrambling around, staff did not seem to know how to make drinks. It took 20 minutes to get one smoothie.

The one girl that took my order I think her name was melly was freaking amazing. I was having a really bad day and she was an absolute charm and really helpful when I couldn't make up my mind on a smoothie. Big thank you to her for the pick me up 🙂

Both employees were horribly rude. Completely ignored by both when I came in and I was the only one in there. The guy taking my order acted like me being there and asking questions was the worst thing ever. Don’t think I’ll ever return even though my smoothie was delicious
