After eating a savory meal at another establishment in this food court, we needed to follow up with a lil sweet treat. My family had never tried bingsu, so we were intrigued to say the least.
We’re suckers for anything chocolate, so instead of the usual fruity toppings, we opted for the Choco Butter Bliss which has snickers, brownies, graham crackers, and caramel sauce on top. One thing about bingsu which I guess we were no aware of was that the toppings are only on top, and not mixed into the whole dish. Of course you can mix it in yourself but we did not think that far ahead. We devoured the toppings on top and then was left with nothing but shaved ice for the remainder of eating it. Sad to say, we didn’t feel like eating a bunch of sweetened ice (we’re ice cream fanatics, not ice fanatics), so we didn’t finish all of it. It was a massive serving, but we really would’ve loved it if the toppings were more mixed in.

The bingsu was delicious I’ve definitely been missing this since I’ve moved away from home. Glad I got to have some again. I only wish they had more flavors or a way to customize your own bingsu. The fruit toppings were fresh and I also got a side of red beans to eat with it. I’d definitely come here again.

Do not bother going here. The young high schoolers do not want to provide you service. In fact they can’t wait to get out of there. Very rude customer service . They refuse to give us ice bowl 20 minutes prior to closing time saying we should had called earlier for this order n the guy has cleaned the machine now. Keep in mind they DO NOT HAVE PHONE NUMBER LISTED to be called.

I had the fish cone matcha taro soft serve. It was pretty good, the fish cone was a bit crispy on the outside and it’s like mochi in the inside. The ice cream was okay, it tasted good but don’t expect it to be amazing. The taro flavour was good but I couldn’t really taste the matcha flavour. I liked that they put toppings on the ice cream, the toppings made my ice cream look so cute and they actually tasted good too. I suggest getting the mini macaroon.

I chose chocolate flavor with cocoa powder + strawberry The strawberry is not very sweet, but it tastes good when paired with the rich chocolate ice cream. The rich chocolate flavor also has a bit of milk flavor. The soft and crispy waffles are very satisfying to enjoy with ice!

Ordered soft serve in a cup today. Upon eating the first bite, i discovered that the center of the ice cream was HOLLOW. and when i went to address this with the staff, all they told me was that "thats how its supposed to be". Never again. Other locations fill the cup.
Very busy but very good. Nutella filled waffle fish with ice cream.

This place caught my attention right as I walked into Hmart . They had a sign with delious looking ice cream cones made to look like a fish. We ended up just getting a tea boba .

I as Snowtime customer, always enjoy the products. Today I have bad experience with Meza location. Employee name, Brandon, serve me for put the drinks in the cup holder and accidently open the top lid and spill the drinks and just cover with his bare hand to pretend like nothing happen even though I was standing right in front of his face without saying sorry or any apology. He just went into the kitchen. I asked one of other employee for manager, he told me that she was not in the store. I couldn't even complain to fix the problem right there. I know that Snowtime is good company to serve delicious deserts, but with this ugly experience, I would choose other company for better service. I really don't like the company employees or people don't have basic manner or etiquette toward to customers or other people.
