Service is appalling. I ordered a fish bun and while it was burning in the cooker for over 15 minutes, the two girls would rather clean up and wipe down the counters while there were costumers still waiting for their food. Not only did they have the audacity to even hand me the burnt food, they also said it “wasn’t burnt” straight to my face while I was looking right at it. I did tell them to remake it. This was on the night of October 28 and the worker was a younger Asian girl with black hair and freckles. Also didn’t even ringed the bell so I didn’t even know when my order was ready. Twice. Been here before dozens of times amazing, however now rethinking of ever coming back due to how bad this ONE experience was.

i come here basically every time i go to hmart because the matcha fish cone is so good but the service is seriously horrendous everytime the girls working here look at you like you personally ruined their day and that they hate their job LOL

Honestly would've gave it a better rating but as soon as i walked up to the counter with my partner, we were instantly laughed at by a girl with black curly hair and a girl with blonde hair. I thought maybe they knew my boyfriend or something but it was weird and uncomfortable to be laughed at.

I got the Tramisu with ice cream and shaved snow. I got the medium size which was about $10 but can easily feed two people. The combination they had on this one was great. It was a great treat to have with the family.

Last Sunday, after enjoying a satisfying meal, we decided to cap off the afternoon with something sweet. Although we were initially disappointed to find out they were closing soon, the cashier went above and beyond by offering to take our order as the last one of the day. We were thrilled and appreciative.
I opted for the soft serve ice cream, choosing the taro flavor with Oreo crumbs and strawberry topping. It was absolutely phenomenal—a solid 10/10! My boyfriend also enjoyed his vanilla soft serve with chocolate drizzle, mini mochi, and mini macarons, though he mentioned the chocolate drizzle was a bit overpowering.
They also have a variety of options available, including fruit and milk teas, snow cones, and fish buns.

After eating a savory meal at another establishment in this food court, we needed to follow up with a lil sweet treat. My family had never tried bingsu, so we were intrigued to say the least.
We’re suckers for anything chocolate, so instead of the usual fruity toppings, we opted for the Choco Butter Bliss which has snickers, brownies, graham crackers, and caramel sauce on top. One thing about bingsu which I guess we were no aware of was that the toppings are only on top, and not mixed into the whole dish. Of course you can mix it in yourself but we did not think that far ahead. We devoured the toppings on top and then was left with nothing but shaved ice for the remainder of eating it. Sad to say, we didn’t feel like eating a bunch of sweetened ice (we’re ice cream fanatics, not ice fanatics), so we didn’t finish all of it. It was a massive serving, but we really would’ve loved it if the toppings were more mixed in.

The bingsu was delicious I’ve definitely been missing this since I’ve moved away from home. Glad I got to have some again. I only wish they had more flavors or a way to customize your own bingsu. The fruit toppings were fresh and I also got a side of red beans to eat with it. I’d definitely come here again.

Do not bother going here. The young high schoolers do not want to provide you service. In fact they can’t wait to get out of there. Very rude customer service . They refuse to give us ice bowl 20 minutes prior to closing time saying we should had called earlier for this order n the guy has cleaned the machine now. Keep in mind they DO NOT HAVE PHONE NUMBER LISTED to be called.
