I normally really enjoy going to SodaRush as a quick pick me up today. The lady at the window was very rude. She was very short with me and wanted my phone number when I was trying to have her scan my QR code because I wasn’t sure what phone number my account was under so I gave her a phone number anyway and luckily it was the one that my account was under, she tried to come up with an excuse why I couldn’t use my card but then it worked miraculously. I went for a soda, got a soda and a bad attitude.

This location has really gone down hill for service.. I've ordered the same drink basically weekly here (prickly pear limeaides bubbly) and so far the last 3 times it's been made completely incorrect... twice without bubbles and both times the staff gave attitude when asked to correct their mistake (and yes we specify during the order want it with the sparkly water not flat) and last time was today when they handed me finally a bubbly drink but with zero flavor sauce added and when pointed it out she tried saying we asked for it like that(no we absolutely didn't and 3 of us in the car heard it when ordered so don't gas light your customers)... used to love coming here
