I normally really enjoy going to SodaRush as a quick pick me up today. The lady at the window was very rude. She was very short with me and wanted my phone number when I was trying to have her scan my QR code because I wasn’t sure what phone number my account was under so I gave her a phone number anyway and luckily it was the one that my account was under, she tried to come up with an excuse why I couldn’t use my card but then it worked miraculously. I went for a soda, got a soda and a bad attitude.

This location has really gone down hill for service.. I've ordered the same drink basically weekly here (prickly pear limeaides bubbly) and so far the last 3 times it's been made completely incorrect... twice without bubbles and both times the staff gave attitude when asked to correct their mistake (and yes we specify during the order want it with the sparkly water not flat) and last time was today when they handed me finally a bubbly drink but with zero flavor sauce added and when pointed it out she tried saying we asked for it like that(no we absolutely didn't and 3 of us in the car heard it when ordered so don't gas light your customers)... used to love coming here

This has nothing to do with the product or service but I had asked one of your employees if one of the cookies had nuts (I am extremely allergic to nuts) to which they responded it was “oatmeal based” so I ate the cookie and immediately tasted peanut butter. A simple walk to the back to check or more education or training would’ve easily solved this problem. I ended up being fine and I don’t want this employee reprimanded, she was a very great worker and very kind. Just please educate your workers. Cause you could seriously hurt someone. And maybe also put the peanut butter name in the “m&m” cookie.

I went in there the other day for gift cards. I recently broke my leg and am relearning how to walk. I decided against taking my walker inside, thinking I'd be ok.When I walked in, the manager, Katrina, made a comment under her breath that I must have been tipsy. When I asked what she said, she snarkily asked what was wrong with my leg. I told her, though it was none of her business. I hope the huge scar on the back of my leg was enough to shut her up.

Cookies that cost $3 per shouldn’t be served in a hot dog plate with no cover. They melted/folded into each other and were a crumbly mess by the time I gave them to my kids. That’s ridiculous. At $3 per you should be able to at least put them in a box/container with a lid!

Dropped in for a drink the other night and ordered the Strawberry Sundae soda mix plus a cookie monster cookie and a PB cookie. I've only been to Soda Rush a couple of times, but when I go, I feel overwhelmed by their menu. I prefer simplicity, but the drink was amazing, and the cookies were pretty good, though a bit on the dry side. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and bright, and service was quick.

The best soda shop in the neighborhood. The soda always hits, and the cookies are seriously superior to any other soda shop's cookies. Staff is always nice and quick too. We love soda rush!My favorite drink is the Yabba Dabba Dew, but no one I've ever gone with has ever been dissapointed with whatever drink they've ordered.
2nd time I ordered a COCONUT limeade and Fortunately tasted it first b4 driving away: forgot coconut just super tart limeade. They have a lot of new people. But they need to pay attention. If I had found later I would have been more upset. They aren't cheap.

The owner and staff are awesome. There was a misunderstanding with an order and the owner immediately helped get the problem solved. The staff was also so kind about the situation. The drinks and cookies are so good. Would definitely recommend Soda Rush to anyone.
