Worst customer service ever ! Our whole order was correct expect for our drink ! When we ask to get our drink corrected the girl asked for our receipt she never gave us the receipt. Then she says she has to look for our order and it will take time to make sure we ordered the drink . This whole place is soo disorganized asking people to move stalls depending if you’re going to stay and eat or leave that’s how this all started asking us to move before getting our order and then her not remembering our car it took one minute to move and her go inside for our order .

I have been to this location 3 different times and ordered food each time and each time I had to send the food back for not being hot and/or fresh. 3 times is very bad. Now other locations I have been too was really good and hot and fresh so I do not go to that Sonic ever again.

I love the Strawberry Shortcake Snowball float. It is so yummy with creamy ice cream and Strawberry slushie and then the sugar crystals....mmmmm! It a tempered down sweetness that is so creamy. It my new favorite.
Carhopper server Ashley was rude, walking away stating a hostel comment. Did not appreciate her at all.

Onion rings sensational! Burgers fried a little on the hard side and thin. Service was slow, not very friendly, but just okay. We had to repeat our order several times. The place seems old, run down, and maybe speakers are not working well. Just a one-time stop, and food alone and the location fo not encourage repeat business sadly.

CLOSE THIS PLACE. Either update the system or hire a new staff. We went to the sonic on 235 W University in Mesa AZ and something was wrong with their credit card machine. We already had the food and began eating it. They tried taking 3 cards and said none worked. They then asked us to stop eating and made us hand the food back. They also refused to let us speak to a manager. We ordered a drink on the app and it worked. So how is it that the cards weren’t working there? The only reason we didn’t order the food on the app was because we had paper coupons we were trying to use. Wasted 30 minutes of my life. Contacted customer service and all they say is “thank you for your feedback.”
