Food was great in taste. My order was slightly wrong and took a bit of time to come out, but they were quick to offer a solution. Otherwise, everything was good and on an average level. Have always loved their ice, limeades, tots and chili cheese dogs ?

Where to begin. When I arrived I was greeted by staff who seemed annoyed to take my order. I purchased a double quarter-pounder with cheese and paid through the kiosk while leaving a tip. It took 10 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did, I was incredibly upset. After tip, my order cost a little over $5, and I received a smashed sandwich, which was spewing mustard at every angle. To top it off, the meat was dried out and burned, like it had been sitting in a hotbox for a while. I don't know why it took 10 minutes to prepare something this disgraceful. I go to Sonic knowing that it may cost a little more, but the quality makes up for it. Not at this location. If I were you, I would go to McDonald's and get a better burger and service for $2. And it's not the first time something like this has happened at this location. I had to stop getting drinks, as the last time I did, I received a drink with strawberries that you could see, taste, and smell were expired. It's absolutely embarrassing.

I pulled in a few minutes before closing time, push the red button to plate in order give me some food and dessert because I was starving after a really long day worth of work and the idiot employee on the other end she tells me we’re closed for the night. I told her she still have seven minutes And she tells me again yeah sorry we’re closed already. Such a crock of you know what I’ll never go back there again I’m so ticked off about this. I was looking forward to that ice cream but I’m gonna settle for rally’s

Honestly the worst Sonic I have been to and order ubee eats from. I've worked for Sonic before and this is right down the road from where I live. The customer service sucks from the ladies. You get rolled eyes and all but throw your food at you. Like it's not their job, and my orders always have one drink wrong. Like yesterday I order on Uber eats for delivery. My unsweetened tea with sugar free raspberry and peach wasn't even in there. They sent a soda of unknown type.... last time it was a regular powerade instead of a powerade slush. These are 5-7 dollar drinks on the app. And even when I go pick up from ordering online it's having to send one back to fix.The guys always make it a better happier experience when we go to pick up but damn... not anyone else's fault you work at a minimum wage job meant for high schoolers. Which is when I worked at one in New Mexico and they had HIGH standards for training as well as skating carhops.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free options, recommend raspberry water for diabetics and ask for no salt. They are required to follow it.Parking: Some booths aren't always working or frozen.

It's a drive-in not crowded,we went on a Saturday night at 10 o'clock. Order was taken care of quickly. Food was good service was good. Would good again.

I can only put a service and atmosphere review because I was unable to get food. It took at least 3 mins for them to answer the call, and there were only 5 cars there parked total. When the young lady came on to take my order she only let me order my children's meal and then gave me a total and went off of the system as I said I wanted to order more. I tried calling gain for the next few minutes and received nothing. I decided that I didn't need to eat there and drove off.

It was not fast. Also was not clear that the chicken sandwich I ordered was a slider. Kids didn't eat their hot dogs. Asked for ketchup on one hot dog but not the other and ended up getting ketchup on both (not a big deal to me but a big deal to picky kids, unfortunately). The server was kind. Probably would have done better heating up 25 cent hot dogs at home for kids, though, tbh. ?

I was fiending hot dogs one day... I bought three from this sonic. Somehow they managed to burn.. like overcook and make the outside crispy on 2/3 of my hotdogs.. what a let down. It made me sad ?
