Drive closer to the sonic closer to mesa. Whoever is making the shakes and cream slushies makes them very watered down or they let it sit. If someone orders food with their drinks (I’m assuming the drinks are being made first) the food should be done first so the drinks don’t have as much time to melt. Also part of the reason they may not get a lot of business is because the service from the employees. Also some of the screens were down so I had to keep moving in and out of each spot.

I order from the app between jobs and they are always fast and nice. Food and drinks are always ready when I arrive and they walk out with my order almost immediately after check in.
Listen, when I tell you this place starts my day off right I MEAN IT. So, I'm one of those doesn't like coffee girls so OF COURSE I start my day with a Dr. Pepper. YUM! And well, I've been stopping here almost daily for years and they just make my whole life better. Theres a guy who works the drive through sweet as can be; thanks for making my days brighter.
I recently visited Sonic and had a mixed experience. While one employee was a bit short with me, the manager handled the situation well and was courteous. A team member named Tyler even apologized with a handshake, which I appreciated as a gesture of professionalism and accountability.
As for the food, it was good enough—nothing exceptional, but it met expectations. Overall, the resolution to the issue and Tyler's effort to make things right left a positive impression. I’d consider coming back based on their willingness to address concerns.

If you like your food cold or at room temperature after ordering fresh food, this is the place for you. Seriously tho, you can place an order for hot fresh food and you'll get room temp or cold food. For what they charge, it's pretty ridiculous.
