By far the worst sonic we've been too. Every time we've gone its over a 20min wait. Half the terminals dont work and the ones that do wont take your card to pay. Ultimate meat and cheese Burrito was a third the size it normally is for the same price. Just laughable and disappointing

Came here to celebrate after my sons championship game. Girl who took my order was very impatient about answering a simple question, if the strawberry added was real strawberry or syrup. She replied saying that’s the only strawberry they had not specifying. So I asked again just to make sure and she exhaled deeply over the intercom with frustration. Made me feel really uncomfortable so I left and honestly don’t care to go back to the location again.

I ordered the 1/4 pound Coney. Probably one of the worst chili dogs I ever had. The bun was soggy. The chili and hot dog had very little flavor- zero spicy taste.

Ordered food, app glitched and removed part of order. Did second order to get other items. App recognized that there were multiple orders. Service then did not bring out second order. After changing stations and checking in food was received cold. After asking for order to be remade only burger was remade and service member refused to remake onion rings.

Blonde working the window there on 11/11/25 at 10:30 needs to not work for customer service. She was very rude and eager to close the window. We didn't even get all of our order! Because of her lack of communication!

Okay....I've never been a big fan of pickles on my burger... A couple is okay... A lot of times I pick them off and eat them separate.
I just tried this Grillo's dill smasher burger... I am beyond impressed! It has a very scrolled back pickle taste, not overpowering just perfect. The sauce on here the pickles that have the seasoning on them is something I never thought somebody would get a good balance, it makes such an incredible burger.
I worried the tots would be weird being dill pickle tots. But they too are very very good.
I wasn't brave enough to try the pickle drink.... But I might have to try it.
This combination is a winner and I hope that Sonic keeps it as a permanent part of the menu.

Update: just tried the pickle slushie ginally...incredibly good and so innovative...genuinely delicious.

This place SUCKS so bad. Yall only got 2 people working at night? Seriously? I’m door dashing and trying to make some money and you guys put my own ratings and money at stake because you’re too CHEAP to pay for more employees. Maybe it’s because you guys suck so bad, no one wants to work for you so you have nobody. Yall need to realize that doordashers and any other food delivery service employee relies on YOU to be on time as well.
