Ordered a burger meal which was good, but we also ordered 2 pretzels w cheese & didn't get the cheese so they were very dry. Should have checked the bag before we got home. So frustrating!

I have been to this Sonic multiple times and have ordered different menu items and for some odd reason they give me jacked up looking food. This Sonic is probably the only one that I have issues with

It's always been pretty quick here for the service and the food, whenever I've made special request to add things to my items they've always done it properly. The drive-thru is always very friendly and the car hops are as well. If you're going to get the tater tots or french fries make sure you ask for well done that way they stay crispy throughout your meal. Tons of slushy and lemonade variants I think certain days and certain hours they even have a happy hour to where the drinks are half off. The property is always nice and clean as well

I had to leave this location without anything after ordering. I witnessed three separate instances of cars arriving, ordering, and leaving before they could bring me my single drink.
Taking 20 minutes for a single drink is absurd.
Staffing one worker during happy hour on Valentineâs Day Friday is even more absurd.
Management needs to do better.
Poor worker was trying to juggle 20 cars in the span of 20 minutes. He is bound to miss one after the kind of pressure youâre putting him through.
Not only that, but youâre now missing out on sales that would have occurred.
When I have a specific craving for a specific burger, and I want chili cheese tots to go with it, there is only one place to go. This particular Sonic not only has the food I crave, but the service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. They do everything with a smile and love helping people. I never have to wait long and the food is always incredible. So the next time you have a craving and need to scratch that itch, come here to a place that always satisfies.

Yesterday my friends and I all went during the slushie Happy Hour thing thatâs advertised on the app and received horrible customer service and got drinks that made all of us sick.
We werenât sure if the happy hour applied only on the app or in the drive through as well so we figured we asked at the register (if not no biggie). We asked the girl working the line if the slushies were sugar free and she told us they were, which was very important because one of our friends is severely diabetic and the rest of us have blood sugar issues (come to find out later theyâre absolutely no sugar free). So we got 5 slushies and at the register asked about the happy hour thing and she didnât know about it so she told us she was going to get her manager, which was fine. When the manager got over to us she was immediately very rude towards us, telling us she didnât know anything about the app and she canât help us with it at all. We were very confused and were like âoh uhhhâ then she said she would do it for us one time but next time she wouldnât. We were like âoh okay, thank youâ and she slammed the window, while saying some stuff under her breath. I donât know if she was having a bad day or what but it was very jarring to have a manager be so rude to us for no reason. We then got the drinks, of which made each of us sick through the rest of the day and today. We were very polite and respectful towards them the whole time so the rudeness from the manager was completely uncalled for and getting sick from these drinks was so upsetting.

Haven't been to Sonic in a while buy we can't pass up the 1.99 deal. Got master shakes, strawberry cheesecake, oreo and choco fudge. Chili cheese dog, double cheese burger, tater tots, spicy chicken queso wrap. All for 1.99 each.
