The most awful fast food experience I've ever had. They got our order COMPLETELY wrong after dictating to them 3 times and them reciting it back to me. Even after all that, they got 5/7 items in our order wrong. When we went back to fix our order they were not cooperative. Would not recommend this place, go to a different Sonic.

I come here daily and I always order sweet tea east ice. Lately it's been literally no sugar easy ice. Its appalling and the staff seem to be very off putting. The energy radiating off of them it feels like they hate us at times.

My family orders online from this location far to often. Overall our experience has been good ordering online. I would not recomment going through the drive through. Our experiences have been less than stellar. The SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburgers are tasty and something that I enjoy everytime. I do not recommend the Chili Cheese Coney Dog. The bun was soggy and the chilli was tasteless. I perfer a bit more spice and flavor. The drinks are wonderful especially the cheery-lime aid.
First and last time to go to this Sonic location. They don't care for your business and they feel entitled to your change. Young guy server did not give me my change back. I was going to ask for it but he stepped away very fast. So I called, asked for a manager (Paige), asked her if servers at Sonic need tips and if they get payed below minimum wage like waitresses and waiters that rely on tips. She answered, "they can accept tips but do not need to be given a tip, they get payed minimum wage or over."When I let her know that the server kept my change, it wasn't much, but it was my money, her response was, "I am busy, I have to go." Isn't this great management and customer service? They don't seem to care since others keep consuming their careless service.
