I dont understand why they put so much ice in your cup. They charge you 6.50 for an ice tea and all you get is a cup full of ice. Shity customer service that's for sure

This store doesn't have a drive thru window. Food is ALWAYS slow, even when nobody is around. Last time I was there, I ordered the Oreo Blast or whatever it's called.. and the people put gravel in the shake. Like I couldn't figure out whey they'd do this. To add insult to injury, I complained to corporate and all they wanted to do is give me free food. I told them, NO, I can buy my own food, I just want to let the franchise owner or corporate to know what non-sense was going on there. East Indian owner calls me, (Got my number from corporate - NOT GOOD), Calls me and accuses me of making it up just to get free food. I told him that I don't want free food and that if I had a franchise, I want to know about crappy people working for me, doing lame things like that. Owner wouldn't accept my input and just kept accusing me of trying to wreck his business.

Your day crew and night crew are totally different. Putting out different qualities of food and presentation are the two biggest things. Day crew the food is hot and what you order taste like what you order….. The Night Crew is terrible. I’ve done the drive thru, I’ve ordered door dash and the quality is terrible, the drinks you order are just thrown together……Ocean Water for example day crew you can taste what makes that drink different…. Night crew…blue sprite?? I’d give half your shift 5 stars the fire the other half

They literally never give you sauces and id you do its like 1 ranch for 4 burgers. Even on order ahead where I select 5 ranches they give 0.

I'm got super sick. Still waiting for them to call me and my husband to get our money back. We gave them all the food back.
Other than that the manager was very polite. The drink prices are great. The drinks on their discount days are worth it.

Not only were ste staff rude, but the establishment was disgusting. Water/liquids all over the floor & receipts all over the ground just a disgusting establishment. And that's INSIDE THE PLACE WHERE THEY COOK YOUR FOOD.

The food and drinks here are always good. They don't have tap pay. Apple pay Google pay. Get with the times. I believe Sonic could use a remodel. This style is kinda outdated
