How much to say 😅 the workers at this location of a polite for the most part and sometimes they have an attitude but for the most part they're very polite everybody's entitled to an off day not much to say about the food I have pretty good deals and their slushies are good too they have a pretty good happy hour

Very unprofessional. My child has called to see if this establishment was hiring. For the person who answered the phone was highly rude on the phone. U have a worker there bragging that because of him this establishment will lie about if they are hiring or not. Very unprofessional. The crew needs a lesson in respect and manners.will never come here again. Do better sonic.

I was doordashing and I had an order that said ready by 12:55 am I pull up and he says it came in too late so they were unable to make it. It’s 12:56. I said for xyz? He ignored me I looked up the closing time, I said you guys close at 1? He ignored me I waited until I was able to unassign the order, there’s a car sitting in the stalls right now. I said, “if you guys close at 1 you can’t say you can’t make an order if it’s not 1 yet. You have to give a reason for why you can’t make it.” Like if it’s a chicken sandwich and they’re out of chicken, that’s understandable But the matter is they chose to stop working before the business did, they hindered another persons job, they refused service to a customer, they gave ignorant customer service, and they didn’t do the right thing by canceling the order on the tablet from their side wasting everyone’s time.

Yesterday I went at 11 p.m. to the drive-thru window and they refused to help me. My husband got out of the car and the employees ran to hide. They would not assist us. We waited at the window for about 25 minutes. I am going to file a complaint.

On Saturday 12:45 AM. Went to pickup an order right before close that had been placed already and store staff refused to fulfill order. This was before closing but still refused to fulfill order, even though it was already paid.
Every time I order a strawberry shake with banana in it and they give me a banana shake with strawberries in it.

Gave me a melted float after waiting 10 min for them to bring the food and when I asked for a replacement non melted float, she told me I should have gotten there faster! I was in the spot waiting on sonic for 10 min. If my kid wasn't with me, I would have slapped that rude employee. She should be fired!

Update 9.12.25 Last night, did not appear to busy, the wait to receive order was a bit long. Short staffed? Fresh & hot, yes... however... the bun to the burger tasted MOLDY - could not continue eatingit, the fries were overly cooked ( soaked up a ton of oil ) which also made it hard to continue with those. Under $15 for a single combo meal, medium sized. The window person was composed & pleasant. -------------- The woman in which to my order was rude. The fries were old, not fresh, not hot. The burger was hot, but I did not order pickles.... I do not like pickles, yet there they are on my burger. The shake already seemed to have been sitting there for a while, as it is extremely soft and pourable. The person whom bright me my order was wearing a mask, properly too!
