Costumer service was horrible ladies took forever to make two shakes. Shakes come out awful made crappy. I was the only one in line @ 10pm. Was just an awful experience it was like I was a burden like I was bugging them to do their jobs. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I recently ordered an Oreo shake, but only a few cookies were in the ice cream. My son ordered a pickled Dr Pepper drink, which came with pickles on the side in a plastic ramekin. The pickles had an onion-like smell and taste, and the drink itself had an onion flavor. I did not want to drive back, so I thought I would share my experience. The services and food were excellent, but it may be a lesson learned for next time to use gloves to avoid cross-contamination.

They’re open on Christmas! Such friendly, yummy food. I went at 6pm to pick up my online order! Sign said hey opened at 10am. Got the American Hotdog and the Cherry Limeade. The soda surprised me.

Didn’t get two items I ordered. Called customer service, supposed to be contacted by the store manager. No contact after a week. I’ve now just made my 3rd phone call with no call back. Terrible customer service! Shame on you!

The drive and park menu was out of service, waiting 10 minutes until someone informed us and when they did the order girl was taking so fast we couldn't grasp a word what she said until the 3rd time. Well, the food it wasn't to die for ether ,, or maybe..? I though I'd treat Sally (my dog) she wasn't interested I figured if they selected Ice Cream treats I would get a Smoothie No luck !! Over priced, poor service... NEVER AGAIN!!

General manager here stinks... Have a person working alone in any circumstances is not ok. Sadie's service was top notch and literally made the best cherry limeade I've had in years!!! Thank you Sadie! You deserve a raise!

I love this place it's one of my favorite sonics to go to and they always have really good food. They also make bomber blast shakes! I do believe one of the managers at night is named Cody you always make sure our food is fresh if I order it online which is really awesome. I only give a three for the atmosphere because every time we go there all the stalls are broken down.
Literally the worst place ever they closed the lanes super early . Then had an attitude for us to pull into the driveway ...we didn't at first cause my engine is loud so they then proceeded to tell me to turn my engine off lmfao which is y I didn't go through the drive through in the first place ..... And then as we r ordering they didn't have anything "available" we wanted to order it was weird... I will not return .... Too much of an attitude for no reason and not good service ?
