Drinks have really gone down hill even though the prices have gone way up. Very little flavor syrup, I could taste the cleaning product used to clean the soda machine.

To start we had quick service, and when brought out our drinks he warned us about a bug floating around, unfortunately we didn’t listen and the bug flew into our car, FORTUNATELY for us Ashton, the guy with curly hair and blue eyes swooped in and saved the day. Me and my friend frozen in fear, scared trying not to yell. when he bravely grabbed the beetle and threw it out the car. Never have we had such great service. 10/10 experience. Give my man a raise🙌

Costumer service was horrible ladies took forever to make two shakes. Shakes come out awful made crappy. I was the only one in line @ 10pm. Was just an awful experience it was like I was a burden like I was bugging them to do their jobs. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I recently ordered an Oreo shake, but only a few cookies were in the ice cream. My son ordered a pickled Dr Pepper drink, which came with pickles on the side in a plastic ramekin. The pickles had an onion-like smell and taste, and the drink itself had an onion flavor. I did not want to drive back, so I thought I would share my experience. The services and food were excellent, but it may be a lesson learned for next time to use gloves to avoid cross-contamination.

They’re open on Christmas! Such friendly, yummy food. I went at 6pm to pick up my online order! Sign said hey opened at 10am. Got the American Hotdog and the Cherry Limeade. The soda surprised me.

Didn’t get two items I ordered. Called customer service, supposed to be contacted by the store manager. No contact after a week. I’ve now just made my 3rd phone call with no call back. Terrible customer service! Shame on you!

The drive and park menu was out of service, waiting 10 minutes until someone informed us and when they did the order girl was taking so fast we couldn't grasp a word what she said until the 3rd time. Well, the food it wasn't to die for ether ,, or maybe..? I though I'd treat Sally (my dog) she wasn't interested I figured if they selected Ice Cream treats I would get a Smoothie No luck !! Over priced, poor service... NEVER AGAIN!!
