I gave a NEGATIVE review 4 years ago and they STILL CANNOT GET IT RIGHT! Why am I paying $40 for 3 meals? Just to get my order 30 mins later, cold, made incorrectly and given limeades that tastes like FLAT SODA WATER! No APOLOGIES. Just business as USUAL! This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD MADE CORRECTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANOR. WORST SONIC LOCATION EVER! NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Tried to come here for a quick stop on my lunch break from work. I pressed the red button, and a guy came in the speaker and asked to wait, so I did. About 5 mins goes by and I can’t get a response. So I move to the next stall and press the button again, same guy comes on and says to wait. Another 5 mins goes by, and nothing. So I left and went to the Filiberto’s next door, and wouldn’t you know it, they immediately took my order, and got my $$$.

It took ten minutes just to get 2 shakes and 1 blast in the drive thru, not because of a line, there was no one in front of us and hardly any customers at all, but because the employees were so slow. There was no one behind us when we got there and by the time we got everything, there were three cars behind us. It didn’t seem like there were very many employees and it seemed like all the ones that were there were going pretty slow. This happened just a few minutes ago.

What in the world is going with this company? I was looking forward to the food since it’s been a while, they changed some recipes on the cheese fries and chicken popcorn, I literally spit both items out, it was disgusting. I don’t know what in the world was up with the chicken bites look like it was nibbled on, I ordered the super sonic cheeseburger and it wasn’t fresh. It was okay, I ate it because i spent a lot of money on it and didn’t want to drive back. So disappointed how they changed recipes.

Kids have found a new love for this place. Their happy hr makes it worth while 1/2 price drinks. Staff is always nice. the parking and seating areas are well kept.
