They never get orders right and no matter how clear and repetitive you are about simple food preparations to order, these kids just can't get it right. Completely incompetent. The mixers machine (ice cream like a blizzard) is always out of order. Lame service.

I guess that sonic drive-through workers off a Brown cuz both sonic drive-through off a Brown are close way earlier than their hours say don't want to work Or they're closing the shops before the manager's actually no who knows kinda stupid should get different employees

This particular sonic is the worst that I have experienced. Today was the third time that I have tried to get what I wanted on the menu but they did not have any bacon again. Stay away from this location.

Doesnt even deserve a star in my opinion. The slowest service. I always wait 20+ minutes. Always forgets something of mine and everytime i go back for the messed up item they make me pay for it. Terrible store.

Took forever. Was only 1 car in the driveway and I had to wait 25 min to get a burger!! This was during lunch rush on a Saturday!!! By the time I was done there was a huge line behind me!!!

Last time I will go to the location at greenfield and brown. BEWARE!!!! I had ONE order total 12.00 later checked my account and was charged 10 times.

I am a Sonic fan girl, yes I do admit it!The locations do vary some when it comes to the quality of the food & service.Been to this location a few times and every time i get decent food and service.Your results may vary .... but gosh i do love a good cheeseburger and some sweet onion rings!

This location needs new management. Everytime I've ordered through app in advance or just through the drive through, they take forever. Even with only a drink order. I live close by this location however I will drive miles away to avoid it on the rare occasion I do decide to visit a Sonic.

Worst experience ever!!Waited in drive thru for over 20 min after placing my order. When I finally got to window I was asked 3 times what I ordered, still had to wait, he had my debit card way to long 2 of the times he ask me again what I ordered I demanded my card back a d he ignored me.Will not be going back to that Sonic on Brown.
This place is a joke! Went there about 11: 30 am on Thursday, 3 other cars there, pressed the red button to order, no response, press a second time 3 minutes later no response, one last time...nothing. off to Rallys.. we will never go back to this poorly managed and owed place! Judging from all the other's poor reviews this Hole is a waste of real-estate.

The drive thru menu clearly states a "Reese's Peanutbutter cup" blast. I asked for that. The girl said, " we don't really put Reese's Peanutbutter cups in there because it will break the blade on our machine." I reminded her that it states Reese's Peanutbutter cups on the menu and shows them on top of a shake on that same menu. She then says,"Well I don't really know what's on the menu but we use Reese's brand peanut butter." So I asked, "So there's no chocolate in the shake?" To which she replied, "right, but if you want chocolate we can add that in for 50 cents extra." Then she said,,"well my manager said we could do it just this one time." I said, "I'm driving up to the window. I want to talk to the manager." Wgwn I got to the window a young girl opened the sliding window door and I said, "Are you the manager?" She said, "no." I repeated, "I want to speak with the manager." She slammed the window closed and another young girl opened it and said, "I was the one you were talking to." To which I said," are you the manager?" She said, "no" then I drove away. I went to another nearby Sonic, order the Reese's Peanutbutter cup shake and ensured there would actually be Reese's Peanutbutter cups IN the shake. They assured me there would be. I ordered it. It was wonderful!

Took 28 min at the drive thru to get 3 drinks and tator tots.....if fast food isn't fast, I just waited wayyy too long for low quality food.

Waited 27 minutes for an online order of 2 drinks. That's it. We were originally in the stall for 25 minutes, but gave up after pressing the red button twice. Someone else in the stalls followed us shortly after. They waited just as long. Ridiculous wait for 2 drinks at a fast food place.
