What a disappointment today. I ordered a No. 5 with no tomatoes. I got a dried out cheeseburger with dried out hamburger patties, hard edges to the bun, a few slivers of lettuce, and hardly any condiments. This thing had been sitting under the lamps for quite a while. Ate about half of it and threw the rest in the garbage. A waste of money today. Should have went to Carl's Jr.

Just ordered 3 honey Chipotle chicken sandwiches with extra sauce and add onions. Got no onions and lite sauce. After waiting 15 minutes.

Been coming to this location for over a decade. Since I was like 10 and I’m 33 now. I come at least 3 times a week and I’ve never had a problem. Put in an online order around 310 today. It told me it would be ready at 3:23 got here about 330 and sat here for over 20 minutes waiting for my order and the guy argued with me saying that I didn’t check in, but I in fact did checked in 20 minutes prior in stall number three because why would I get off a 11 hour day from work and come to sonic just to sit in a stall? and he continued to argue with me saying I never checked in! I watched other online orders pull up and they got their food before I did. He saw me sitting there too which was the weird part. This location has gone to complete shit over the last couple of weeks. I don’t know what happened. I know a lot of the employees hate working there because they are never nice and I can deal with that but just ignoring me and arguing with me was the line. I’m a General manager myself and I’m just saying this isn’t right.

Usually, their service is 5 stars, unless they're very busy then it's the wait for the customers, and the staff being overworked and a little hurried, but hey we've all been there, right? This is one of my favorite places to go for a good bite to eat with dessert at a decent price. My go too favorite is the Chilli Cheese Coney combo, fries or tots, and any flavor slushie Lg sized. Then a sonic blast Med with lil m n ms, vanilla ice cream. Yummy. But for me, best of all, Now I crave, look for and love it when I find places that have that soft, small, crunchy circle k and hospital type of ice. Am I right ain't it the best? Now a cup full from circle k or having to be in the hospital just to have this ice, one is not enough, the other not unless you like hospital stays. So here is a little information for those who love this ice and don't know this, yes sonic had that ice, but the info is, they will sell you, me, anyone a bag of their yummy ice. It's not on the menu that I've seen, but it's cheaper than some places for the hard hurts the teeth ice, plus the bag is huge so it's worth it to get some, unless you are lucky to have that ice maker in your home of course.

Last few times ive been to this location has been horrible and something needs to change. The line is always long which makes sense cause they take 20+ minutes to hand you your order after paying and even then youre luck if its not cold or even it it is the correct order. We just visited on National Hot Dog Day because of Sonics advertisements and the lady there had no idea what we were talking about. Proceeded to still order simce we were already there and still got the order wrong and i believe we were overcharged but again was unable to even verify since they failed to provide a receipt despite asking for one twice. Stay away from this location until new management and employees change because youre just wasting your time and money.
