Bought the family dinner Saturday night, one of the items a foot long chili cheese coney and paid for extra chili and cheese and it didn't even have as much as regular.

I go to this location every morning, rain or shine. Mercedes and Lindsey are amazing! I appreciate the level of service, I receive here. I’m a Sonic addict, and this is the best location, I have ever been to. I am grateful to live close by. 10/10 will continue to come back, again and again.

The cashier had the worst customer service. She was very rude while we were placing our order. We just ended up leaving and going to a different location.

People especially managers are friendly. Just some feed back, plz have people who rudely order meals, at the window, that have to be made, have them pull over to a stall. Others who order drinks or app orders have to wait for them and their meals to be cooked. If we go to a stall, we still wait because of the limited staff.

Waited too long for my mobile order, after they put the msg that it was coming out. Then one of the employees was rude & didn't care that they messed up. Then my food was cold & Ice cream melted by the time I got it.

Took 45 minutes to get my order. Had I not already paid, I would have left. Got 7000 apologies, and not a single offer of a drink or something to make up for it. I guess it is such a a regular thing at this location I should scheduled a longer lunch.

Ordering through the app is high risk. If you make a mistake on your order, you have to go through app for refund. It's a nightmare.

I have ordered different menu options, to name a short few: chilli cheese dogs, tater tots, various hamburgers, onion rings, and the shakes are delicious. Staff members are pleasant and outgoing

Parking: To me it's location is very good, it is close to the local library and the high-school

Wheelchair accessibility: I have noticed that there is parking stalls that are available for our disabled personnel

Waited in drive thru lane for over 10 min and cars did not move. The car ahead of me left. I stayed another 5 min and still no one had moved. So I left as well. Sans food and wasted gas.
I'd like to say this was an isolated incident, but the last time I was there, it took a long time as well.
I've worked fast food in the past and the drive thru was a priority.
Guess they don't mind losing business. I'm not going back
