Got a pretzel that tasted like it had been cooked in super old oil, got a buffalo wrap with barely any flavor or toppings, and I ordered a cherry limeade slush with extra cherries and got zero cherries. Took them 30 minutes to even bring me my food even though I had a mobile order. Staff was rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Such a bad experience at this location. Definitely regret going here. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I’ve waited over 40 minutes for my food on the patio and it still has not come. They should shut this place down, none of the employees are hustling at all. It’s not even busy. Not a single employee has come out to say anything.

Ordered using the app. No napkins included with the order. Really??? Especially when it included a cooney chili dog. The chili is very salty 🧂, beware. However the relish is excellent.

Sonic has a decent menu, & seems to move the people quickly through the drive thru. I found it to be a bit strange when I was asked when I got up the window to pick up and pay for my order, if I wanted my change back??!! I have never been asked this from a drive thru attendant. Maybe I should be requesting for a discount!!!!
I hate writing bad reviews but sadly I've had enough. This sonic is hit or miss. Mainly miss. Some of the workers are very rude and acting like they don't want to be there. Sometimes we have to remind them we are waiting outside for an order ahead if not it'll just sit and get old. Waited 17 minutes once for 2 drinks. As soon as we said something the drinks were brought out and kinda old like they have been just sitting there. We also frequently find tiny little bits of hair/fur in our food. I think we are done with this Sonic for now.
