I have been going to this place for about a year and a half. At first I thought maybe the customer service was bad because whoever was working in drive through was having a bad day, which everyone has those days. I myself have worked fast food and have had a rough day at work, but that doesn't mean you take that out on the customers. But Then I went back about a month later. The same thing, except now they were getting simple orders wrong. Ever since it's just been horrible. My in laws also go there, they waited in the line for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention on the speaker only to pull up and have the worker ARGUE with them that they just weren't loud enough!! Why wouldn't they think to tell them to pull up if something was wrong? I know they have some sort of camera to see the drive through, because I have worked drive through before!! Who the hell wants to be outside in this Arizona heat when you can be getting a cold sweet drink! The nerves of these people! I honestly wasn't going to leave this long of a review but in these passing months, I've noticed the customer service is NOT GETTING ANY BETTER! I greatly appreciate the days I get an actual good food worker who is polite and/or gets the right order. because that is RARE here!!! If they were mean and got the order right, that's okay I can put up with that. But to be mean AND get a simple 2 slushee order wrong! Diabolical. Me and the in-laws agreed we're never coming to this local sonic again sadly. I apologize to the hard workers this review might have effected but I really hope Sonic takes care of the person who is horrible with customers, asap before you lose more customers.
Food is always good.. I just did not get what I ordered, did not want to make a fuss but it's sonic.
At first glance you’d think these are 2 vanilla shakes, unfortunately they are supposed to be chocolate. (It isn’t the whip cream, it’s that color all the way through). After the lady at the drive through continued to repeat my order back wrong and me having to correct her multiple times I was handed what was supposed to be a chocolate shake. I showed her it wasn’t chocolate and she said she’d remake it. Well she came back with another shake that looked exactly like the first one (vanilla). Instead of arguing I just took it and left. I assumed they use chocolate syrup and just didn’t use much. So when I got home I dumped it into another cup and found the all the chocolate syrup on the bottom. It wasn’t mixed in at all just all at the bottom. I did the same with the 2nd shake and got the same thing. Needless to say, I’m not very pleased.
Absolutely the worst service and attitudes
Messed up my order. When I went to explain she told me how I was wrong and should have looked at my receipt. Can’t hear anything g on the speaker. No offer to correct it or helpful in anyway
Service was a bit slow, but the food was hot when we got it, so I think they were just busy.
Went for a sweet treat and they were busy. The staff handled wait times and were super friendly. Perfect place for an afternoon ice cream pit stop.
Pulled into a stall at not even 8:30pm yet, pressed the red button, waited for over 5 minutes (felt like 10) and was finally asked "how can I help you?". I then said I was there for a DoorDash pickup. I was then told to come through the drive thru as the stalls are already closed. I'm sorry but at 8:20pm and your stalls are closed? Not to mention my DoorDash order is already ready for pickup and you can't just bring it out to me? I ended up cancelling the order because my mediocre pay wasn't worth waiting in a drive thru line of nearly 10 cars or more and hadn't moved at all during the time I was there waiting.
I'm getting real sick of Sonic never having any sort of signage so I can tell when the stalls are closed and also it would be nice if the stalls would close at a consistent time every night instead of just whenever the manager feels like it.

This location has such lazy employees. I stop by at 8 to order through the car stalls. It takes 5 minutes for them to respond and then they tell me stalls are closed come through the drive through. The guy taking out the garbage looked sloppy and it shows in their service. I know they just didn't want to walk out the order. How lazy.

Don't go to this one, the service sucks, they literally just threw greasy food in the bag and it was leaking grease and the kid looked at us like what? This store is probably the worst store of any kind that I have been to.

Don’t order off of Uber. For whatever reason they couldn’t fill out my order and I am unable to get a full refund. Took my money but didn’t fill my oder.

This location is the slowest and most inconsistent one. They say the food is on its way and still takes another 5 minuets (at least) before you actually get the food. If you love waiting a very long time for mediocre food this is the location for you.
