Pulled into a stall at not even 8:30pm yet, pressed the red button, waited for over 5 minutes (felt like 10) and was finally asked "how can I help you?". I then said I was there for a DoorDash pickup. I was then told to come through the drive thru as the stalls are already closed. I'm sorry but at 8:20pm and your stalls are closed? Not to mention my DoorDash order is already ready for pickup and you can't just bring it out to me? I ended up cancelling the order because my mediocre pay wasn't worth waiting in a drive thru line of nearly 10 cars or more and hadn't moved at all during the time I was there waiting.
I'm getting real sick of Sonic never having any sort of signage so I can tell when the stalls are closed and also it would be nice if the stalls would close at a consistent time every night instead of just whenever the manager feels like it.

This location has such lazy employees. I stop by at 8 to order through the car stalls. It takes 5 minutes for them to respond and then they tell me stalls are closed come through the drive through. The guy taking out the garbage looked sloppy and it shows in their service. I know they just didn't want to walk out the order. How lazy.

This location is the slowest and most inconsistent one. They say the food is on its way and still takes another 5 minuets (at least) before you actually get the food. If you love waiting a very long time for mediocre food this is the location for you.

Every time I place a mobile order they clear it from their queue inside and forget about the order, I get it looks better to your company about guest help times, but that only works if you actually get the food to the guests, every time i have to wait 10 plus minutes or remind them by pressing the buttons on the stall. Get your shit together and give people their food.
What a joke this place is. They should close down. Want there today with my husband and daughter, ordered and waited over 20 minutes while other cars pulled up , got their food a left. When we asked about our food. No one could tell us because of a shift change. So we left

Honestly, this location is so hit and miss with correct orders. I was craving ice cream tonight and ordered a chocolate chunk brownie blast. Looked on the top and saw brownie bits. As I started eating it, I realized they made an oreo blast and probably realized it and threw some brownie bits on top.
