Usually go to Sonic on Elsworth but stopped here this time. Regret it. Onion rings took forever and were almost burned, mini blast was really a mini.

The person taking our order was short with us. Rude was not very customer service like at all. We ordered a shake and a blast. They handed us those first or heated then I ordered a junior cheeseburger with extra onion and lettuce and we got American style hotdog and tots. Got home. The burger had no lettuce cold as ice same as the hotdog everything was ice cold. If you don’t like your job, you should probably not be working there. Customer service is always number one.

They don't take tap to pay and you only find this out when you roll up to the window and you find a half torn piece of paper that says that. And as I was searching for extra currency in my car, the girl in the Drive-Thru was rushing me asking if I'm going to pay. With that goofy condescending fake chipper tone. It was 10:00 a.m. and there was nobody there. I hope you guys have the day you want.

Ultimately , I'm extremely angry because they closed at 1130PM, which is 30 minutes early. Their hours stated they're open until MIDNIGHT, but they said they closed the kitchen at 1130PM. I would suggest the company edit their hours if they are not open as advertised. I will be contacting the district manager. The employee also refused to give me his name.

I have been going to this place for about a year and a half. At first I thought maybe the customer service was bad because whoever was working in drive through was having a bad day, which everyone has those days. I myself have worked fast food and have had a rough day at work, but that doesn't mean you take that out on the customers. But Then I went back about a month later. The same thing, except now they were getting simple orders wrong. Ever since it's just been horrible. My in laws also go there, they waited in the line for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention on the speaker only to pull up and have the worker ARGUE with them that they just weren't loud enough!! Why wouldn't they think to tell them to pull up if something was wrong? I know they have some sort of camera to see the drive through, because I have worked drive through before!! Who the hell wants to be outside in this Arizona heat when you can be getting a cold sweet drink! The nerves of these people! I honestly wasn't going to leave this long of a review but in these passing months, I've noticed the customer service is NOT GETTING ANY BETTER! I greatly appreciate the days I get an actual good food worker who is polite and/or gets the right order. because that is RARE here!!! If they were mean and got the order right, that's okay I can put up with that. But to be mean AND get a simple 2 slushee order wrong! Diabolical. Me and the in-laws agreed we're never coming to this local sonic again sadly. I apologize to the hard workers this review might have effected but I really hope Sonic takes care of the person who is horrible with customers, asap before you lose more customers.
