They try to make authentic sichuan food, the flavor is close, but most things are a bit overcooked. My favorite is 沸腾鱼。 The price is pretty good and there are many choices, but the execution can definitely be improved.

Went there on Thanksgiving to try their Crispy Shrimp with Mayonnaise, a dish I haven't had since I left Taiwan 20 years ago.
Unfortunately, they were out of it, so I got the Orange Chicken, which was nothing special.
I had ordered a Pepsi with it, but I didn't get it until I finished my dinner. The server, however, was kind enough to comp my drink without me having to ask.

A delicious Chinese restaurant with very good taste. Boiled fish, skewers, pig's feet, large intestines, preserved eggs, all kinds of familiar flavors. Friends who want to try Chinese food can come and have a seat.

I purchased a single order of Mongolian Beef to go at the restaurant last night. It was very small for the price charged, rice was extra so I did not add it, and the worst part was how bland the meal was. Where was the seasoning and spice??? It was not good at all.

Lots of great Chinese restaurants in AZ but Spice Spirit has to be my favorite. The food quality is incredible no matter what you order. The boiled beef or fish are go to’s for my family. The spicy pepper fried fish fillet has amazing flavor, with a delicate crispy texture. Hot and crispy chicken bites are a must as well. Wonderful atmosphere and the service is always prompt and friendly.
