Came here for my birthday and almost cried because the food was so good. I've been looking for Chinese like this my whole life, and now I've found it. Service was really friendly as well.

The wait staff were very attentive and the food was amazing! Just a heads up the spicy dishes are no joke so just be aware of that but I got the spicy beef and tofu soup and the egg drop soup. Both blew me away. On top of that the portions are huge for the price so definitely economical too!

Honestly this place used to be so good. Not sure what happened, but recently the quality has gone down. The take out portion is small and doesn't include rice when 3 dishes can run you north of $55...

I'm in the odd position of giving a restaurant 4 stars because of odd, non fatal tweaks to dishes that are otherwise well executed. Deep frying potstickers, well those aren't potstickers then, they're crispy gyoza or mandu, but the filling was tasty. Why not just pan fry them. Using chicken breast meat in the kung pao and orange chicken, why not use chicken thigh, which is cheaper and tastier. Piling up the sliced beef and tripe in the fuqi feipian but not mixing it with the mala seasonings, but the quality of the meats were really good. It's weird, it's all weird. Then the cups still carry the brand of Chicago's Lao Sze Chuan, owned by Tony Hu, who was sent to federal prison for tax evasion and money laundering. IDK. Food was tasty. It's just the little things separate it from really being 4 stars, but they're not enough to make it 3.

I have been here a few times now with my older brother. This is my favorite place to eat. If I could eat here every day I would. My favorite dish is the boiled fish.

Fat sausage, large plate of chicken, preserved eggs and green peppers are very delicious. Other dishes are also maintained at an above-average level, with an average of about 26-36 mg per person.

Joel was amazing over the phone and in person. Very welcoming. I had the spicy chicken pieces and beef tofu minus the tofu at a spice level 4. And ? Delicious. Got annoyed when the female cashier place my change on the counter next to my hand that was open to receive said change.

Love, love this place so much! Whenever we're in town this is a must stop place. There isn't anything on the menu I haven't liked. It's one of the more authentic Asian Cuisine places that seems to get better everytime I go. It's a perfect blend of spices and the meats are cooked to perfection, no matter what you order. We have our usuals and we always add one new menu item when we visit. My family loves this place and we always leave with full stomachs and huge smiles on our faces. I highly recommend this place! The price is a little on the higher end, but it's so worth it! Lastly, be sure to check their business hours. They close the place for a few hours in the middle of the day, which can be inconvenient when you're coming in from out of town and you show up and it's closed. Which happened to us, but luckily there are great shops in the area you can visit to pass the time.

Had beef lo mein, grilled cauliflowers w pork, and orange chicken. Orange chicken was overcooked, was fried to the point where certain parts were hard enough to chip a tooth. Flavor was ok. Beef lo mein was just ok. Grilled cauliflower had not been steamed long enough and was still raw. Overall too greasy and not cooked properly.
