Would end to get some water and I was refused to buy the employees it wasn't even busy I even offered to pay for the water cup but they still refused never going back to this location again all I wanted was a little bit of water so I could take my medication

Nothing like being lied to about light ice.
We came to this location like we have many times and ordered the exact same thing that we order everytime, venti brown sugar shaken espresso. Extra shot light sweetener and LIGHT ICE. Welp today we were informed that they couldn't do light ice. Ummm excuse me since when and who says? We've been ordering it this way at every Starbucks, even this one. The MOD, Cody informed us that as of a month ago they were told they could not allow a paying customer to request light ice. Excuse the f out of me. I'm paying for a coffee drink. Not a FRIGGING cup of ice with a splash of coffee in it. Needless to say we drove to another Starbucks and got our drink as ordered. I then call corporate and was advise that there is no rule saying that I couldn't get light ice and she stated that what we were told was not true. So this Starbucks is lying to their customers and ripping people off. I get my drink light ice because I've literally watched them fill a cup with ice and then top it off with my drink and then dumping the rest of the coffee I just paid for down the drain. Call and report this store to corporate every time you have an issue because they are lying and ripping us off...

Don't open a store that does not stay open normal operation hours.

I was in line waiting during open hours and no one was speaking so I tried reversing and they put a sign behind my car!
They weren’t closed and didn’t say anything they just decided to shut down and say nothing. Super big waste of time.

I visited starbucks at 1821 S Country Club Dr, mesa az 85210. I had an extremely unpleasant experience like I’ve never had before when visiting Starbucks. I stepped in and ordered a cup of water, I needed to take my medicine and would sit down outside and place an online order for my coffee. When I stepped to the counter I ordered a cup of water, cashier said he couldnt give me a cup of water unless I made a purchase. I had never been through such thing at Starbucks, manager “Brent or Britt” who was not wearing a name tag came over and enforced the “new” policy and went on to say theres a sign on the door that says Starbucks no longer provides complimentary water for customers anymore, and said If I wasnt making a purchase I had to step out.There was no such sign at the door. I went outside and begin making my mobile order for coffee when manager came outside to escalate the situation once again to tell me if I didn't purchase anything I would need to leave or she would call the police. I finished my mobile order outside, went inside and picked up my drink before I asked again for a cup of water. “Brent or Britt” manager with no name tag, asked me multiple times if I was the one that purchased the coffee I picked up from the counter as if I would just pick up a random persons cup from the counter. Asking me multiple times if I made that purchase before finally giving me the water I asked for. It really made me feel like an unappreciated customer never been treated in such manner at starbucks and the coffee they served me tasted horrible. I think theres opportunity for companies cutback and save money increase revenue, etc. but it shouldn’t start with trying to make customers feel like trash for ordering a water cup.

Starbucks just simply cannot make a London fog. It just seems to be completely out of their grasp most times. I would say 40% of the time they get it right,It’s just pathetic. I ordered a London Fog with oat milk and I walked out of there with green tea and oat milk. It taste like milky grass. What a drag man..

Waited 45 min in the drive through line. I don't what is going on and the lady who attended me was extremely rude and when I got to the drive thru the lady was on the phone and not paying attention to any of the orders

I hit the drive thru almost every single morning super early before I even start getting ready for work. I pass a different Starbucks on the way because this location has better tasting coffee. (The one closest to me tastes like rubber bands or burnt old coffee..) I don’t mind driving an extra mile to get there but I can definitely say the experience with the barista is always something I dread. There’s one or two really awesome super sweet professionals and the rest give me anxiety! The attitude at the window (like this morning) is not necessary. Ordering at the menu is AlWAYS hard for them to understand and it’s so uncomfortable to have repeat the order and correct it so many times :( then at the window MORE attitude, Unfriendly irritated demeanor, barely sticking the card reader out so I can barely reach, practically slamming the window closed after they hand over the drink so I can’t ask for a straw, and almost always leaving there feeling like “how did that guy even pass the interview stage of the hiring process?..”
So all in all…. Def one of the better tasting locations however having to endure the most uncomfortable interactions with shitty baristas..who hate their jobs and treat customers like it’s inconveniencing THEM to take your order, collect payment, and hand you a cup and a straw.
I wish Managment would pay closer attention to the attitudes some of these kids give people.
