Starbucks just simply cannot make a London fog. It just seems to be completely out of their grasp most times. I would say 40% of the time they get it right,It’s just pathetic. I ordered a London Fog with oat milk and I walked out of there with green tea and oat milk. It taste like milky grass. What a drag man..

Waited 45 min in the drive through line. I don't what is going on and the lady who attended me was extremely rude and when I got to the drive thru the lady was on the phone and not paying attention to any of the orders

I hit the drive thru almost every single morning super early before I even start getting ready for work. I pass a different Starbucks on the way because this location has better tasting coffee. (The one closest to me tastes like rubber bands or burnt old coffee..) I don’t mind driving an extra mile to get there but I can definitely say the experience with the barista is always something I dread. There’s one or two really awesome super sweet professionals and the rest give me anxiety! The attitude at the window (like this morning) is not necessary. Ordering at the menu is AlWAYS hard for them to understand and it’s so uncomfortable to have repeat the order and correct it so many times :( then at the window MORE attitude, Unfriendly irritated demeanor, barely sticking the card reader out so I can barely reach, practically slamming the window closed after they hand over the drink so I can’t ask for a straw, and almost always leaving there feeling like “how did that guy even pass the interview stage of the hiring process?..”
So all in all…. Def one of the better tasting locations however having to endure the most uncomfortable interactions with shitty baristas..who hate their jobs and treat customers like it’s inconveniencing THEM to take your order, collect payment, and hand you a cup and a straw.
I wish Managment would pay closer attention to the attitudes some of these kids give people.

I think there is major variance between Starbucks locations, in terms of timeliness, quality of service, and quality of product. This Starbucks stands head and shoulders above other locations in all respects. They exceeded expectations on speed of delivery of drinks every single time I order from there. Props to them for making such a good team.

Why I get yelled at because someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed, Maria and daigo need to work on customer service but I will be coming back here again. Second time, maybe I should just stop Starbucks all together but can't just let the employee treat me like I'm the bad person

I want recognize Marybeth she has exceptional customer service skills. I went through the drive through she greeted with passion and with a lot excitement a wonder vibe for a morning . I have not experienced that at Starbucks drive through. Every other time either person took my order hated their job or they did not have any customer service skills. I was quiet please her service I even told her that at the window. I want her to be recognized by her manager what good asset she is. Thank you and keep up the good work you will go along way!!
