it was empty. i was the only customer and there were 2 employees . i ordered a sugar free vanilla and got caramel drizzle . and when i said “i can see the caramel this isn’t my drink” i was told that’s what i ordered a sugar free vanilla + caramel drizzle drink. the word caramel never came out of my mouth my husband was standing right next to me and can confirm. he never offered to remake my drink or anything . i had to take it to customer service to get a refund . go elsewhere employees name was braeden it’s on the receipt! he also put both sugar free vanilla and sugared vanilla in my drink according to the receipt along with caramel drizzle . starbucks give away free diabetic comas with every drink.

This Starbucks is inside Frys so if you're waiting for someone shopping this is a good place. Otherwise definitely avoid this one. I had really rude service from a female employee (didn't get name) and the coffeevwas poor compared to what Starbucks usually does....actually, poor compared to what anyone does.

The barista today seemed very confused I ordered a Iced white mocha Add sweet Is cream foam and I got a Carmel Frappuccino He seemed annoyed with his error. He remained it but something was just off Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow but I will not be returning to that location
