The staff here are super friendly, extra helpful and soooo efficient. We were training with a company in Phoenix and were here for over a month, went here every morning for our coffee and believe me we were greeted by smiles and positivity each day.
Give these guys a raise!

I placed an order at the drive-thru and when I got to the window I remembered that I had a coupon and so when I pulled up the coupon it said to to tell barista before they scan the app that you have a coupon. I told her I had a coupon she scanned my app handed me my drink and said you're good to go. Did not tell me a total, did not tell me she used my coupon. When I looked at the app later I realized that she did not use my coupon for a $3.00 drink (and no, I only got a grande not a venti).
Not great customer service. This is the closest Starbucks to my house but I don't know that I'll be back.
And when you try to contact somebody about this, all you get is a chatbot that doesn't do anything.
Starbucks, your staff needs to do better.

For the past three years, I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks, but over the last few months, they’ve hired some of the rudest staff I’ve encountered. The two women working the drive-thru—one blonde with tattoos on her arms and the other Hispanic—have been consistently discourteous. I visited the drive-thru twice to confirm it wasn’t a one-off experience, and both times, their behavior was unacceptable. Everyone has personal challenges, so it’s disappointing that they can’t treat customers with kindness. This is, by far, the rudest staff I’ve experienced at this location

I feel robbed. Review the picture, it appears I got a grande in a venti paid for cup!!! I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. This location has gone downhill making drinks consistently incorrectly the past few months…adding sweetener when I requested no sweeter, making iced rather than hot, wrong drink sizes (all ordered via the app). There are times when I’m able to inform them to remake the drink. Other times, I’m on a time constraint and can’t. I will be taking my business a few minutes further to a local small business tea shop, Tea Makers and Company. I’ve had their products previously and they didn’t disappoint!!! #starbucksrobbery

About a month ago I went to this Starbucks and tried to pay for my order with 2 couple of 2 dollar bills and the cashier had to call over 2 other people to verify that 2 dollar bills were real. I think they had to look it up online.

Today I tried to pay with a 1 dollar bills. One did have a tear and could use some tape but was complete in one piece with serial numbers. The manager refused to accept it.

So I went to McDonald's had an pretty good ice mocha for less then half the price. I would include a photo of the bill but McDonald's accepted it no problem.

I have given up on Starbucks now that I know about the cheaper alternative. Starbucks you need to hire better educated people that truly know customer service not just the nice words and manners while at the same time being totally useless.

I ordered a coffee and pumpkin bread. They gave me a 2 month old slice of pumpkin bread that appears to be spoiled.

This is hands down the BEST starbucks in the world!!! Inflation is shit but there is one thing in this world I REFUSE to neglect myself of and that is my morning cup of coffee. And it's not even really the coffee if I'm being honest (but no one would like me without it), it's my baristas. I don't go to any other starbucks anymore because this location is home. The crew is the SWEETEST! They leave these sweet notes occasionally on my coffee but the truth is I need them more ??? shout out to Mickayla and the morning crew!!!
