I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Starbucks due to an employee named Hailey. The first time, she was visibly annoyed with my customized matcha order and was rude throughout. On a later visit, she took forever to help me and my friend because she was eating, and when she finally did, her attitude was dismissive. Today, they were giving out free holiday red cups with a holiday drink purchase. When my friend asked for her cup she rudely tossed the cup , when I politely asked for mine she refused to give me one by saying there’s not enough supply!! even though she clearly had extras and I ordered 2 holiday drinks. She told me to go to a different Starbucks and had a horrible attitude.
This Starbucks needs to work on customer service. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or unwelcome just because I place an order. I hope management addresses this situation and takes steps to improve the experience here.

I always have a Five Star Experience at Southern & Val Vista store. Hardest working people I know. Ellis a the Captain of the ship over there doing a darn good job if you ask me. Pumpkin muffins are fresh and my Latte is never bitter or Flat. Big Love to This Location ❤️
