This is the best Starbucks I have been at in my 25 years of going to Starbucks because of the fantastic people.

Person who took my order asked for my name and I told her how to spell it and say it and she still pronounced and spelt it wrong. Went to use the bathroom and when I came out saw my drink on the counter but not the food. I waited about 5 mins before someone asked me what I was waiting on and I told them. They asked their coworkers who were standing talking with each other and they said the food was already up and brought it over. Really disappointed. HUGE shout out to Ryan and Lauren for checking on my order and having outstanding customer service! 🫶

I have been going to Starbucks for years and I order the same thing 7 days a week. I have been to them in all states and and cities all over Arizona. I stopped at this location at 6am today on my way to work because I missed the Higley exit so I don’t frequent this Starbucks however I won’t be going to this location again. I am a business owner and I love giving to businesses that value their customers and customer service. I’m a firm believer in giving my money to businesses that love their customers to keep those locations open. I asked for a simple order, the same thing I order every single day from various Starbucks locations. I ordered an iced dopio espresso in a venti cup with ice and cinnamon powder and a side of Carmel salted cold foam. I was told they couldn’t do that. I asked why because I get it like that everyday. Another person took over the drive thru speaker and said because we can’t. I just wanted to know what changed over night because I have been getting this same order for years. She told me she can pour it in my cup over the ice but can’t pour it in another cup to give me on the side. This made no sense to me at all. I told her I get it this way from all other locations for years. She said it’s Starbucks policy. She said she would do it this one time but can’t do it again. I left and when I got to work she had given me some sort of chocolate foam and wreaked of really strong peppermint. Probably on purpose maybe…I’m not sure. If you want good customer service I say steer clear from this location and go to another Starbucks or go to Dutch they will literally do any type of order you want 100% of the time with a smile no hassle and all locations are the same. All other Starbucks are too this location isn’t the friendliest. 10/10 don’t recommend.

So the absolutely ginormous lady in the window of the drive-thru at Starbucks Carla I think her name is is so freaking rude and I will absolutely never come here again I'm professional and this lady doesn't even know what she's talking about just absolutely disgusting

I stopped to use the bathroom (very clean by the way) but ended up getting their Green Tea Lemonade. Very good.

Staff was rude when I visited on 1/10/25 around 645 am. Nobody greeted me when I walked in(there was one other customer in the store). I stood at the register for a couple minutes while everyone behind the counter ignored me. Then when they finally did take my order, they were clearly annoyed that I had dared come in their establishment. I was condescendingly corrected on my order by the cashier for requesting whole milk when the drink apparently already comes with it. How should I know? I don’t visit Starbucks very often. This visit is not likely to bring me back.
When I picked up my drink from the same woman who took my order, I said thank you and was again ignored. I don’t know what this woman’s issue is, but maybe she should get a job somewhere that doesn’t require interacting with people.
