Person who took my order asked for my name and I told her how to spell it and say it and she still pronounced and spelt it wrong. Went to use the bathroom and when I came out saw my drink on the counter but not the food. I waited about 5 mins before someone asked me what I was waiting on and I told them. Shout out to the Barista's at Val Vista and Baseline!! I placed a mobile order and forgot to order one of the drinks as iced. I asked then if they could pour it over ice, and she insisted on re-making it. I wish I had gotten her name. She was awesome!
Really friendly person at the window. Miscommunication took over because of language barrier and ended up not getting what we wanted.
Ordered 4 mocha expressos and they gave me 1 cup with 4 shots of expresso. When I tried to explain that I wanted 4 separate drinks- I must have used the wrong word and they brought me 4 extra mocha Frappuccinos. I ignored it and just said thank you.
