Let's just start off with I've been having the worst week ever with my mother's sick with meningitis and me working a full-time job having a newborn baby and three other kids to take care of I literally just feel so defeated well I just rolled through to get me a coffee cuz for once I have a day off and I literally left my debit card at the freaking gas station and the other side of Scottsdale these girls were so sweet as I was breaking down and totally gifted me a coffee and also added a cake pop in for the baby while she's one years old I just want to say thank you so much that made my absolute day people just don't do that anymore and I really needed that this morning crew is everything and some I literally appreciate the hell out of all of them they are always amazing! !keep shining girls we see you

I find this Starbucks extremely disappointing especially compared to other locations. There acceptable level of service is less than acceptable (I’m not even someone who thinks the customer is always right, in fact the opposite is true. They’re just rude at this location).

I normally have a pleasant experience at this location. Not recently. and not today. Don’t go in there if you need to charge your phone, And your phone is your primary form of payment. Oh, and also don’t be an undesirable demographic. I think that’s probably most important.
I was pressured the moment I walked in the door to order or get out. I had to charge my phone. that’s gonna take at least 20 minutes.
Even more telling though, I counted four other people in the Immediate vicinity, either drinking water or nothing at all (don’t worry I took photos) And I watched them sit down. So only I was targeted. I can assume why.
There was a time when Starbucks had a social conscience. Which is part of the reason I’ve given them tens of thousands of dollars over 2 1/2 decades. None of that means anything though when the zoomer despises the unemployed in her store.
I can’t fathom what compels someone to identify with, and then emulate, the cast of mean girls or, the snooty ladies from the dress shop in Pretty Woman.
No wonder you can’t keep stores open. I’ll be forwarding this experience to corporate.

Don’t say you’re open and then refuse to make drinks when someone shows up before you close. If you don’t want to work until close, close early. Poor management.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Very kind people very clean restrooms lady with red hair that had great service man with blonde slick back hair great service as well. My only bad thing which isn’t enough to give it for stars as it does deserve five stars. Is that the restroom has a locking feature which doesn’t make it clear if the door is locked or not as it uses a green or red light not really indicating which means it’s locked. He simple printed out piece of paper would help with this.
Staff is great, friendly. Food and drink were fresh and good and this store has a good vibe. Very eclectic and welcoming.

The barista was friendly when she greeted me, made good drink recommendations, and was empathetic. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience!
