The last few times I have ordered here my cup is filled 3/4 full and they don’t make the drink correctly. The first photo is door dashed delivered and the second photo is from this morning. Starbucks is over charging on drinks yet giving customers 3/4 cup full and they have a fit when you order and customize on the app to save money. They try to tell you that you need to be charged for a latte. Mmmm no, focus on making drinks correctly before worrying about stealing the customer’s money.

Absolutely love this location!! The staff are amazing and so kind. Always see them working hard and as a team. Truly admire them greatly. I come every now and then before school and I’m always greeted with a big warm smile. A great way to start my mornings. Keep it up!! You all are amazing!! Also I recommend the Hazelnut Oatmilk shaken espresso !!

Provided fast and friendly service! (Through the drive thru) My coffee was made exactly how I ordered it and given to me with a smile. This isn't my usual Starbucks but will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Starbucks back home in MA are usually pretty accommodating for my allergy. They always use a clean blender and utensils to make sure my drink is as safe as it can be. Not this Starbucks. Told them I have a nut allergy for my latte and got “well we can’t guarantee anything”. To which I replied “can you guys just use clean utensils” and again, I got “we can’t guarantee anything”. Sorry my severe food allergy inconvenienced you and you guys couldn’t be bothered to get clean stuff ??‍♀️?

This place is fine. It's a corporate owned chain. When I went everything went smoothly as I'm sure it has for hundreds of other people. They (corporate not this location) are supporting a war that's killing tens of thousands of people tho so 0 stars for that.

You make people drive to your location and waisted their time for no reason, you should put that the location is under maintenance, i even wasted my time writing this review for you.

Went for BOGO fall drink with a friend. I don’t get sweet drinks ever so this was new…. Hated it!! Apple crisp something , they gave me a pike/no charge. I go here all the time. No more fall drinks for me but am sure others will enjoy & I’ll stick to my Pike or Americano. Great place to go & enjoy whatever you like.

Unlike some other coffee shops in the area, I found the service inside to be fast and very friendly. I was promptly greeted by a cheerful server very early in the morning. There is plenty of seating inside for both working and relaxing.

They do not get orders correct here! When you try and get them to correct it they give you dirty looks and attitude and don’t solve the problem. Don’t waste your money at this location ABSOLUTE WORST latte I was ever served!!

Don't use the Starbucks App for this location. Sent my grandson in to inquire about our drinks we waited over 20 minutes to half hour. I went in a loud voice ask where our God damn drinks were to my grandson. He inquired again and they told him they were being processed. We drove off! Worst service ever! Drive thru is priority number one at this location. Three full lines pulled up and went thru before I even went in. WTM?! We never got the drinks and will never go to this location ever!
