Went through the drive through about few days ago with my grandmother and sister and we all were just trying to have a good day because lately things haven’t been good for us considering aging is all our problem. I got three drinks for the fall season and my grandmas was fine so I wasn’t too mad as long as she’s happy but me and my twin got the same exact drink two pumpkin spice frappes with vanilla cold foam. ( I’d like to mention I work at Starbucks myself it’s important because I have standards to service and all of my coworkers do ) We roll up and the girl at the window was nice but it was so fake I could see right through her smile honestly it looked like a meme she was forcing it so hard. We got our frappes and they had whipped cream on them and I’m not gonna pay an extra 1.25 for the foam per drink and get the free whipped cream instead so they decided when I asked them very nicely btw, they put PS foam and obviously double batched a dirty blender for pumpkin foam which I assume they used for my grandmas pumpkin chai and put pumpkin foam on them. I know No big deal but I just wanted vanilla… Your taking extra steps to even add the pumpkin flavor. And I was like hey is this pumpkin foam cause it’s orange and the girl at the window was like oh yeah it’s orange because the powder turns it orange when you put it on and it mixes and I tried the foam and it was pumpkin. Anyway do better, don’t hire lazy people to work there. Especially when you pay 8+ dollars a drink. Plus why try and mansplain something to me… the whole time I just looked at her like girl be for real rn. Hire better workers. Your window girl and the girls making drinks during the evening shifts shouldn’t have a job anymore. Also i was in the drive through behind one person for 10+ minutes

Staff is lazy and slow. I used my birthday gift card for a hot pumpkin spice latte and got a latte with no pumpkin. Just milk and espresso. Paid extra for nothing with my birthday gift card. So so sad.

I don't know what's been going on with all the other Starbucks around the city but I recently moved here because its the only place where the workers are working and also have energy for work. It is so nice to be able to go somewhere where you get greeted with a nice smile and a welcome. Shame on all the other Starbucks around here but thank you guys for being so awesome!!!!

Although this starbucks was build super nice and clean, the workers and service sucks. Went on 7/23/25 at 5:41pm and this blonde girl with a bunch of makeup and looks miserable was on bar. Ordered a SARL and you can tell she didn’t shake it or anything, two very distinct layers of the base and lemonade not mixed. LAZY workers LAZY service. I’ve honestly haven’t heard anything good about this new starbucks.

I live right across the street and i was soooo excited to see they were building so close to home! Today was my second time going and it's undoubtedly the best experience. The staff is so kind and my order tastes better than any other time i've ordered it anywhere else. This locations makes me want to get my coffee every morning, not to mention how beautiful the inside is.
