Unfortunately, this location has been consistently unreliable. It’s closed far more often than it’s open due to ongoing protests, and when it is open, the service is unfriendly and rushed. Drinks are frequently made incorrectly or poorly, and it genuinely feels like customer experience is not a priority here. I’ve given this location multiple chances and have been disappointed every time.

Pickup orders are never ready on time. I wait at least 10 minutes after each time. Drive thru is soooo slow. There is no other Starbucks like this. Always fast service. Not sure what’s up with this location.

I’ve only come here 3 times to get a drink from drive thru but every time I get a drink it always tastes watered down and not good at all. The service is good with nice employees so I have no other complaints other than how nasty they make their drinks.

It's a better starbucks nice low feel I conduct most of my business meetings here. The customer service is great. The baristas work hard. The radio is awesome overall.The food is pretty basic.
Don't come to this Starbucks the inside is closed and only drive thru works, waiting 35 min for a coffee is a joke

Angel Romero (Store Manager) and her staff are absolutely phenomenal good group of employees. I have been living here in this area for almost 2 years and every time I come here they are so wonderful and very kind. My favorite for me to get is of course a cup of coffee and birthday cake pops. I look forward to coming back here every time and their service is great! Angel is such a great person to work with, always so friendly, cheer, and outgoing.
