One of my best Starbucks experiences. No line. Quick to order. Super fast delivery and the order was right which seems to be hit or miss at other places. Well done team.
The drinks at this Starbucks are always made poorly. I live two minutes from this location and will not be going back after dozens of trips have turned into negative experiences. I’d rather drive an extra five minutes to avoid this store at all costs….
Thursday at 5pm Barista lori taking order at the drive through was impatient when I wasn't sure what to order to make a purchase so I could get cups of ice. When I pulled up to the window she was hostile and handed me my ice and things without saying a word. Usually stop here when i want a coffee and always leave a tip, but that was weird, I won't be back.
Ice shaken espresso is the best
I order from here via postmates/uber eats as a Friday tradition for my husband and I, and Starbucks is great at packaging my orders and I often have a little thank you note on the packaging that I find endearing. We’ve done this for years and they have almost never made an error which is shocking to me.
At 12:33 pm on March 30th I went through the drive through and wanted a brown sugar iced shaken expresso, but I asked for regular cold brew due to being pregnant and needing less caffeine. When I got to the window the gentlemen who took my order informed me that there was 205 mg of caffeine in a grande cold brew, and stated it was over the recommended limit for a pregnant women and said that he would do half cold brew to lessen the amount of caffeine. I would have NEVER expected this at Starbucks, I give this gentlemen (wish I knew his name) 100 stars for being so thoughtful and for going out of his way to help rather than just charging me for the drink that I ordered!!!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at this Starbucks, all thanks to Kayce and Andrea! Every time I walk in, they go above and beyond to make me feel more like a friend than just a customer. Their customer service is always top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They remember my order, ask how my day is going, and always brighten my morning with their positive energy. It’s rare to find such dedicated and kind baristas, and they truly make this location stand out. Thank you, Kayce and Andrea, for always making my visits special!
drink was good workers were pretty rude though
Drinks are always good but the food needs to be lowered in calories!
In and out friendly service.

Extremely slow service at this location
Worst coffee ever it was so bitter. I couldn't even finish it.
They open at 430am I got there after 5am, the door was locked, they looked at me, walked away, came back smiled and put a sign on the door. I definitely will not be back and will never recommend this place to anyone. Worse business practices I have ever experienced
Gave me a burnt and super cold croissant that I even tried to finish because it’s almost $4 I don’t want to waste my money even though I was having a hard time biting it. Can’t even contact their customer service :(

I’ve noticed that this location is more than often understaffed, which has led to longer wait times and a less enjoyable experience for customers.
I appreciate the hard work the baristas put in, but it would be great to see more staff during peak hours and afternoon hours to help improve service efficiency. I’ve been in the cafe during the afternoon multiple times just studying and they suddenly have to close the cafe area because of how understaffed they are.
