Chai turned out more like hot sweet water. Not first time I have had a crummy $6 drink at this Starbucks. I have to remember to just stop on the way home and quit going here.

Starbucks is great and the prices are questionable but the convenience is absolute but most of all these two ladies Elyse and Claire made up for anything I would perceive to be a negative. Thank you so much for making my day. I appreciate you both sincerely, and these are the quality of people you want working for you anywhere you want kind and happy humans.

So I'm a regular in there every morning! I never have an issue with service unless I'm being waited on one employee. She constantly does everyone else's drinks but mine. I showed up this morning to a completely empty Starbucks I was first in line so I ordered my drink. She asked target employee to help her cuz I did have 4 drinks and there was now a couple people in line. So the guy starts making my drinks trying hard but then she continues to take everyone's orders stacking drink after drink and then finally starts making drinks. Instead of helping the guy with my drinks to get me out of there Im watching 8 different customers get their drinks and leave as I'm sitting there waiting 20 minutes to get my order! I shouldn't have ever waited this long and watched every single customer walk out before me. Now I've never complained cuz I do love this location but it is every time she works that I'm standing there for a long time. Please next time help out with the first customers order before making other drinks. Im now late to church and im so disappointed

The two young girls working on Tuesday, February 10 did an excellent job! Very professional and it’s just not the attitude you expect out of their age in this day. But I was delightfully surprised!

This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Gilbert/Mesa. I get Starbucks at least three days a week and there are five different locations that I go to depending on where my day is starting. I have never not been greeted at this location. When you walk in the staff says “Welcome in!” In a tone like they mean it. Everyone is smiling. They’ve never messed up my order either. I get the same thing every time and it’s just great to know I can count on them to bring me a consistent product with a smile on their face.

You never know if you will find a Starbucks open or not. Many times I encounter closed Starbucks that are supposed to be open. Waste of time!
