This starbucks is the least customer friendly. Perhaps the skinny lady is just lazy or something. I drove through to get my usually drink on the way to a meeting and after placing my order when I got to the window to pay, she told me the rules have changed and I can't have a venti drink in a trenta cup. Mind you I have ordered this very drink multiple times a week from this very location and other locations in the last 6-7 years. Now that I'm running late due to this interaction, I got whatever and left. Hoping it was a one off, I attempted to get another drink and same skinny woman refused to make my drink saying new policy and she can't type that in the machine. I left there disappointed and without a drink. I went to the NEW Starbucks on Val Vista and University. I placed my usual order and voila, they were happy to make my drink. Needless to say, I will not be giving my money to this location anymore. I will gladly give it to nice people who appreciate customers at Val Vista/University store.

This Starbucks is alright, for the most part staff is friendly. They are not friendly when I have ordered online so I don’t do that anymore. I’ve been told I’m too early, even though there is a line anyway, one of my birthdays my order never went through to Starbucks side, the woman was so rude didn’t even acknowledge my birthday and lastly I’ve been told I should’ve come in due to me accidentally not choosing drive thru when I ordered.

This Starbucks is fantastic, let me tell you why. I am starting to work remotely as a freight broker. I haven't had such an opportunity in a long time. I was able to settle in and work for a solid 6 hours without anyone asking me to leave or buy anything. In fact, they provided samples of new drinks and treats Starbucks is rolling out for the winter months. When I asked if they could take any trash I had, they were very courteous, and their hospitality was honestly amazing. In closing, I am very impressed and happy to see such teamwork, positivity, and rare customer focus. Lastly, the team seemed to be a younger demographic as well, which gives me hope for and satisfaction in young people having manners and respect.

Ordered an iced vanilla protein cold foam. Apparently it doesn't come with the cold foam. And they couldn't put the lid on correctly even. I never come here. I had a really good protein cold foam latte at another location. This one doesn't provide the same. They gave me a regular iced vanilla latte.

The SLOWEST drive thru Starbucks I have ever been too . EVERY single time I come through it is always a long wait ! Zero issues at other locations up the road. I order 2 drinks and it takes almost 10 minutes to get me out of the drive thru ( including cars in front of me) So slow. Seriously please create a better work flow .

For the lady who attended us 07/21/2025 around 1:00 pm I hope you read this because you are so petty we purchase drink and have to wait for a cup of water more than 10 min is stupid and on top of that still the same lady just wanted to keep talking to her co workers and I hope they replace the manager it seems like she also didn't want to be here and such a stuck up attitude
